If you observe carefully, there is close resemblance between all three movies of Anant Nag/KV Jayaram Combo - Baadada Hoo, Mududida Tavare Aralitu and this movie! (Heroines are different). There is a pattern going... (Some mistakes by Hero, Some mistakes by heroine. Heroine who appears patient throughout actually seems to be impatient, and hero who appears opportunist throughout actually has lot of patience!) Ibbani Karagitu is also the same but with case reversed (Hero/Heroine). But still there is so much creativity in story-telling, and all are absolutely different, refreshing and engaging! Probably I should not miss any of KV Jayaram movies after watching all these movies...(We often speak about Puttanna, Shankar-Nag, Dorai-Bhagavan and all... But this man did his job so silently!) Oh God, please give one director like KV Jayaram back again today who just sticks on to a good novel & makes a neat movie! I can guarantee that I will take my entire family every week for a movie if such movies are released regularly (Adults during 1970s & 1980s should be damn lucky!) I will make sure my family doesn't watch the stupid serials on TV and gets enthralled relishing the moments of such movies throughout the week! (Not get their mind addicted & damaged as with serials, but improve their attitude/feeling towards human beings!)
Well said sir.. Trouble is nowadays everything measured in how much money one has. It should be Crores. First-week collection should be around 50 crores and that is the ONLY measure. Hence too much focus on promotion and sometimes promotion period is longer than the movie shooting period. Older days people have some morality to do good quality work so that people would remember them for long time. Now a days that virtue is out of fashion. MONEY MONEY and MONEY , Only KURUDU KAANCHANA

Geetha in all these movies acts pretty effortlessly.. I would say she is there at the level of Ananth Nag And Laskhmi. Eradu Rekhe! Among her many movies is my favourite.
