I love how Mae dismissed Charitys complaint and then turns around and complains about the same thing. They did not care about Charity for real, but that's just my opinion.

They are cut from the same cloth and she Grace knows how to do the 2 step of bull sh*tting with her and doing it with such high guard approach. Grace knew why the caged bird sings and she was not letting Lady Mae or whoever crosses paths with her off the hook. Lady Mae has mat her match in her own daughter. Everyone envied Grace. At first I thought it was a bit of colorism taking place amongst the women but it was not that. The women were more and complex. This series should have been considered Emmy worthy. The characters were so well written. I rooted for Kevin that he find true love. He was so internally tormented and had a beautiful soul too.
