C/w Nana: Lao Sour Bamboo Shoots Sauce (ແຈ່ວໜໍ່ໄມ້ສົ້ມ == Jeow Naw Mai Som)

This is how I make dipping sauce with sour bamboo shoots. This might also pass as a salad. In Lao, ແຈ່ວ (jeow) is the generic term for dipping sauce. This jeow using the same method as my older jeow video ( • C/w Nana: Lao Tomato, ... ) which shows three kinds of jeow.

I think Tum nor Mai and Tum Jeow nor Mai is the same. Tum nor som is sour bamboo shoot version of Tum nor Mai.

khin swe oo padek or padaek is fermented fish sauce. The murky kind.
