    Hi Shavon, I’m so happy I found your channel!! You seem truly genuine and you have so many helpful tips for new Estis.
    I have a question for you when you first started your business how did you process payments did you have a platform like gloss genius?
    I am a new Medical Esthetician in Toronto, ON and I don’t have a clientele pursue with exception for a lot of friends and family.

      Hi!!! Im so glad you enjoy my content
      When i first started i used different booking apps until i found the right one for me so i processed my payments through whatever booking app i was using at the time and also accepted Cash app, Zelle, Apple Pay, & Cash.

    Do they offer the following:
    1. Inventory control
    2. Editable forms
    3. Ability for memberships

      Hiii!!
      So they have the ability for you to track inventory expenses right in the app and export reports.
      They definitely have a waiver/consent form option
      But unfortunately no membership option yet but it has been suggested alot so im sure it will be added soon😆

      How do you prefer to do the waiver consent i find myself having to remind them alot about that link they see but it doesn’t really scream in their face waivers to sign etc. do you have them do it on paper when they come in?

      They will not assist you when things go wrong.

      Hi, yes you can manually change price and name services at checkout or it will also automatically give a total at checkout

    I know that they have an option to take deposits, but do they have any option to take payment fully online. I just finished esthi school and want to do some sort of virtual esthetician branch of my business.

      Smart thinking on your streams of income already with the virtual option!😄 they dont have the option to take full payment just yet BUT it will be in the works possibly because most have suggested for this feature. 🤎

    When you cash out your deposits into your bank account does GlossGenius charge you a fee for this?

      Heyyy so the beautiful thing about glossgenius is they allow you to choose this option. Under the checkout setting you can choose for client to pay full transaction fee or you can split the fee with the client orrrr you can pay full transaction fee totally up to you. It is only 2% tho so not bad at all. 😊
