My experience with gloss was horrible. Customer service doesn't get back to me in real time. I have to wait a day for help. The app keeps crashing and it is annoying that it's only available through an app, which means when it crashes I'm S.O.L.
@@LWilliamsss I just started using gloss genius and idk why her experience was so crappy but mine was actually great and literally 30. minutes ago I texted their customer service line for help and they responded in 3 minutes... they're actually pretty helpful and responds quickly
You can add processing time in between appointments and you can edit that in settings , or you can manually go in there and block that time off for you . Is that what you mean ?
First of all, square gives you the option to show all or partial availability/opening when setting up your appointments account. Square fees are pretty much cheaper than a bunch of other merchant services. You absolutely don't know what you are talking about. If you wanted to set yourself apart by using a app, you should look for something that PEOPLE ARE NOT USING. you are just one among hundreds of thousands using gloss, same applies to all the other salon/managing systems. You should set yourself apart by providing a UNIQUE service, that alone sets you apart.

I love Gloss Genius, I just wish they would add a way to take deposits during scheduling!

Do you have your clients send deposits ? If so where do you have them send the deposits?
Gloss now offer a deposit option !!! They can do it right on your booking app and you will get the deposit .

You can not do Pay roll will gloss , however they have a version where you can set up all of your employees and have people book under them ☺️
