Nearly 40 years ago I used to work in Thailand and this was a favourite, I used to eat it with khao niaw...cold sticky rice. Good video.

Yam nua is my favorite salad. For the best recipe, google Jitlada thai beef salad recipe. Jitlada has always been the best Thai restaurant in LA. You will love this one!!!
