The gym story is not a rejection story. See it as a blessing in disguise and a light bulb moment for an initiative for someone or you to up with an inclusive gym. Perhaps you can start by buying small small weights you lift at home. Something will definitely come up.

Hi Brian ,watched your video about getting wifi upgrade, its a rural village i live in and i bought a mesh wifi range extender ,works with all routers its really good, i ordered one but they sent 2, i must have pressed 2 , forgot to send other one bk but its paid for , now that u have a PO box i,ll post it to you if u,d like it , its super fast and ideal for HD streaming, works in dead zones, i,ll post it to you this week if you,d like it, let me know if theres anything you'd like from Scotland 😊

Hi Brian - Perhaps you can find a gym that has a personal trainer on staff that you can work with. I'm sure the gym just doesn't want you to be in there on your own and to have supervision. Maybe one meeting between your trainer and your physiotherapist to discuss what you can and cannot do and then you can work at the gym with a trainer. I hope that works out for you.

Brian, dont feel like you were rejected by the Gymn. Take this positively because more damage may be done if they do it without the guidance of the Physiotherapist. If the physiotherapist feels you are not yet ready for the Gymn, kindly take it positively.

Hi Brian, have you ever incorporated vitamin B complex supplement (which has B1, B6, B12 and B3)in your diet...it's essential for the healing and relieving of nerve damage symptoms and also vitamin C which is essential for tissue repair...these nutritional supplements will go along way in assisting you to recover steadily....just a thought...you can buy them from any trusted outlets that you know or if no idea I can recommend where you can buy them from. My dad fully recovered after using them...

Yes Brian . I recently read that vitamin B12 deficiency causes premature white hairs as well. B complex will help you a lot

Hi Brian am recovering myself from a spine injury.I feel been handled by a gym instructor who dont have experience with the level of injury is a bit risky.Wish you could improvise your work out at home ,but equipments like therabands,finger exerciser,try also playing guitar, keyboards,its safer plus with time probably have some gym equipment installed at home and your family members can help you ..
