I remember when you said you didn’t see yourself working out any time soon so I’m happy to see that’s you’re motivated with going back to the gym. It helps you in so many ways (physically, mentally, etc) love to see it
This video made me want to suggest the five minute journal for you! The prompts are simple and easy but I think it’s really helped me with affirmations, things to be grateful for, and not being to hard on myself about what I did through the day. I think you’ll like it!

I've been in a rut because I'm already a small RUclipsr and I went in last summer then my account got hacked in the fall so I had to start over and make a new RUclips. Also in a rut because of just both personal and professional goals and transitions.
