@@moondreamy from what i understand it's when a girl claims/acts like she's special or different from other girls for attention almost like she's saying "pick me! pick me! i'm better!" so in this case, she's making fun of the other girls and acting as if she's better than them.
@@moondreamy its kind of like when someone has a superiority complex. People with "pick-me' energy tend to believe that everyone would choose them.
Like if the person in question is a girl, she's think that no matter what she did, she would always be the first choice for all the boys. And if a boy who she had her eyes on gets a girl whose not her... well they can turn into the typical novelic character that shouts "Why not me? what am I lacking! i have everything, that ugly duck doesn't even compare to me! her existence is an insult"
TLDR. They have a superiority complex and can act like a B1tch.
