Wow these weather people CLEARLY have a protocol to NOT CALL THIS STORM A HURRICANE. Even though it can very obviously get up to Cat 2 , instead of having people preparing properly they would rather not rock the boat and underestimate? I just don't get it, why have people panic when they can just deal with it on the fly
