The 2019 Santa Cruzan, Ciudad De Iloilo

The streets of Iloilo once again experienced grandeur and piety when 38 Beauty Queen Sagalas all over Western Visayas walked the “new Iloilo” stretch from Iloilo River Esplanade to SM City Iloilo passing through Diversion Road last May 28, 2019 for this year’s Santacruzan Ciudad de Iloilo. This year’s Santacruzan features not only the creations of celebrated Ilonggo designers but also that of guest designers from Western Visayas with the gowns of the beauty queen sagalas joining the procession.
