@brittseva how would you respond to clients taking photos of products your trying to sell. Both when your looking and "not". I get very awkward like I just walked in on them going to the bathroom😅 help!
Great question! Whenever a client chooses to take a photo of a product instead of saying "I'll take that today! Thanks" and buying it from you, it's an indicator that your sales technique is either feeling too salesy, isn't creating desire or isn't clear enough. Modern retail sales techniques create so much FOMO that the client can't imagine leaving your salon without the product right this second. So generally it means your current technique just isn't creating enough desire or urgency.
