This is the best clips of him in matches. I've seen he playing online, and his skill is not like this everytime.

@FunlilPivot The 0.4 extra arming time for the bombs makes it harder to airsticky, so protecting your medic in a firefight and other things become harder. It's better in pubs if you like to just set sticky traps everywhere though.
This video just changed my whole perspective on shit. Been playing this game for only a week now and I'm suddenly afraid to log in.

Holy crap, you posted a preview of this a while ago, right? Asking if the color/darkness was alright? And you had spitfire in there. Then I started listening to spitfire like every day.
And now I see the finished product with its excellent editing and such and it's awesome.

If you are talking about the Camera paths, its done using the ingame Demo Smoother tool.
Theres a really good tutorial on youtube, just search "how to smooth in tf2"

Go to Find servers>spectate (seen in the tabs)>join a server with 2 or more people. Most likely, there's a game going on. If you see a sniper playing, spec him and you'll see what I'm talking about. Plus, demo's walk slower than pyros, engineers, snipers, medics, etc.

Whoops, forgot about spies and snipers. They also can be taken on one nade. That means we have medics, spies, snipers, engineers and scouts that can be killed with 1 demo's projectile. 5 out of 9 classes.

He's actually right you know, nades are harder to aim, because unlike rockets, if you don't get a direct hit, you are very unlikely to damage the person, stickies are different tho.

it happened at lan in the TF2 tournament (i34 i think) so no it wasn't a setup.
key word here is "can". demo pipes do variable damage, at the lowest around 65 i think. often a single pipe will not kill an 125hp class _b
Both of you are right somehow. Grenades do have to hit the body, but grenades have the physics of a tennisball for example, it's more natural to everybody and so easier to hit than rockets. They still have to hit the body though, and if they miss, only like 10% of the grenades do damage while they explode by themselves.

Rofl, all of the snipers who play for leagues are hella good, like me. I can actually pick off jumping scouts (on their second jump). You can easily predit where they're going, and it takes a split second of scope charge up to kill them.
Nice video, the frags were alright but the editing/filming really was amazing, kudos for that

well thats the most effective way of playing demoman! you set traps, stickie off areas and pull out your pipe gun when you have to. Remember there is only 4 rounds in the pipe gun, you'd be insane to use that as your primary :s
all highlights were taken from 6v6 ETF2L matches and 6v6 invite pickups. No pubs no fakes
just wrote the credits out in photoshop, then but a turbulant field effect to distort it, then stick it on top of the water. Using masks to make it look like it goes under the bridge. All in After effects.

I really like this video. A lot of other demoman videos have the demo in question using stickies way too much, which is not impressive at all. That is like shooting fish in a barrel- with remote-detonated explosives. However, Dr Justice has a lot of cool kills with the grenade launcher and his skill shows through here.

When you kill someone at a game, you get a "frag", wich means you killed someone...
well a nice rocket jump and the scout get more dmg then the soldier but if the scout want to finish him open field with shotgun do he get a chance vs a good soldier?

i have -never- seen someone pipe bomb a sticky jumping demo as cleanly as he does at 2:52. That's just sick.

He's nowhere right because he hasn't even said it. And aiming with nades is just as hard/easy as with rockets- nades just explode later than rockets if they miss the target.
People seem to be forgetting "can't keep up with div1" or not, he's still in division one, and being even in Div2 is pretty damn good in itself.
Also, people saying critical have any relevance, lolz.

i remember once i capped a point when i was on red health and fighting about 10 people in total. it was the best killing spree i ever got as a demoman :)
