Have you checked on "Applications" section? Press and hold the 'Home' button until the menu appears, then select the 'Apps' button. This will take you to the 'Your Apps & Channels Menu' you should be able to find in there.
Kodi always freezes my fire stick
Have you tried to clear cache as suggested on the video?
