    After delivery, I noticed my hair fall but I stayed calm. I acted to remedy it. I chose a health-centered strategy.
    I prioritized my nutrition, eating nutrient-rich foods, specially those high in Vitamin E and Protein.
    I exercised daily and engaged in meditation for stress control.
    I just stayed away from styles that pull on my hair and quit using heated styling tools to minimise hair stress.
    I also started applying LittleExttra's Coconion shampoo, hair oil combined with a neem wood comb.
    The outcome was hair fall control and the return of my confidence.

    Thought I would come on here and share my go to for postpartum shedding… this is my 3rd go around after having 3 back to back pregnancies. Each time I grew my bald spots and then lost it again when baby was 3months old. Never gets easier 🥲 I use Mielle Rosemary and peppermint oil (Target, Walmart,Sally’s) every single day or every Wednesday I would saturate my scalp and leave it in all day since it was my day off. Consistency is KEY! I also used Nutri-ox Shampoo and conditioner (at Sally’s) as well as a wood scalp massager! When I tell you I saw growth within two weeks! This is just what worked for me and I hope it helps you ladies XOXO

    I just had baby #4 in July and he was a C-section baby. I forgot all about the shedding and just started shedding really bad recently. I use “baby don’t be bald” always but especially after having a baby. It’s always more so the front of my hair. My edges are thinning so bad. I said ok get back in wash schedule no matter how busy I am.

    I experienced it with my first and I also lost my edges and a good amount of length. It was really bad and for that reason I started keeping my hair in a ponytail and avoided any tension to my hair and with my second child I haven’t lost my edges so far, hopefully I don’t. My hair is shedding but not as much as the first time. I put my hair into 4 big braids for protective styling and I avoid starting the braids from the front so it doesn’t pull my edges, I also wash and moisturise and deep condition often

    • @ncbynovella
      @ncbynovella  2 года назад

      Thanks for sharing sis, happy this video was relatable! Yes, the low tension styles definitely help. Sounds like you have a good regime and good hair care practices now so even if you do experience any hair loss around your edges I'm sure it will not be as bad as the first time (praying you don't of course) 👑
