Dumbest investment idea ever. Market is over supplied at the mid/high end and low end doesnt generate enough yield. Biggest problem is liquidity needs. NEVER, invest in illiquid assets during periods of high price instability because liabilities come out of no where, and if you have to liquidate at a pinch in an illiquid market you will do so at a HUGE LOSS. This is very bad investment advice and if it were given anywhere outside of Egypt you'd probably be legally sanctioned by any oversight agencies watching. But of course, you're probably sitting on illiquid inventory yourself which you cant move, and it seems you need the liquidity. You are living proof that what you are selling is a bad purchase. If demand existed, no one would be offering 10% down payments and 7 year installments. This market will remain dead for the rest of this cycle (another 10 years or so).

Are you developer in 6th october city?
What would you suggest as a good liquid investment that isn’t a bank certificate as with the current inflation in Egypt it’s useless
