Ending B is achieved by purchasing anywhere between 1 to 5 modifications for Alisa. Keep in mind, there are 6 medications total.

i wonder what needs to be done for ending C
You need all body mods to get the C ending (including the hidden one). Total of 6 mods.
How do i get endings b? Ive beek struggeling to get it

When Alisa got her body modifications, she started turning into a doll, and couldn't escape (she became tied to the Dollhouse). When the Dollhouse resurfaces (probably because the Finger of God got blown up) Alisa survived and went to the outside world as a doll. Jean, her old partner from the beginning of the game was there to execute anything that comes out the Dollhouse, but upon realizing it's Alisa, he chooses to spare her (he probably believes she didn't become bad just because she's a doll, like that other girl Elise, who's also a doll but still a good person). Also Jean wouldn't shoot an old friend like that.

@GrandMasterEdge777 ~ Actually, I don't think Alisa was evil in ending 'B'. She was a doll, but I think she was more like Elise. Since she hadn't gotten all the mods, she didn't become corrupted by her change. Because of this, she tried to escape. In endings 'C' and 'D', Alisa turned evil and lost her humanity. She became like Albertus Alvarez. He even said the place twists you, and this seems to be the case with her. As for Elise, I think she too became the rest after the mother (aka: Woman in Black) abducted her. She started good, but probably changed after the mother applied all the mods, thus completing her transformation. It seems implied in the 'D' ending when she gave the crown to Alisa. She's now a loyal and obedient servant to her, or whoever reigns as the Dollmaster. That being said, I felt bad for Elise since I think she got royally screwed. Either way, Elise's end was a dark one. Understand, these are just my theories on how these endings played out.
@@DBarns7 yeah, maybe I wasn't clear enough, but that's exactly the case; she isn't bad in ending B (I even compared her to Elise myself). Also there's no Ending D, only C-1 and C-2, the guy's name is Albertus not Alfonso, and Elise's mother is called Barbara.
