A lot of very happy memories seeing these trains. Spent August of that year watching the last hurrah with my brother. Incredible that it’s nearly 20 years ago. Thanks for posting. 👍
Thank you for putting this together. I would have been on so many of them at the time it's nice to see the workings from the ground level. Up until the summer that was a pretty good year.
Hi Stepney, it's Foxy speaking and interesting video Stepney :-). Terrific stuff :-). Well done :-). Must of been sad to see the Virgin Trains class 47 operated trains withdraw from working with Virgin Trains :-/. We had a class 442 withdrawal from the London to Brighton Mainline back in March 2017 if you didn't know Stepney? :-). It's certainly ok if you didn't know about that but at least I'm here to share some interesting stuff :-). 2002 Wow that was 15 or 16 years ago Wow. Now it's 2018 :-O. Time passes so quickly doesn't it? 2002 would of been my infantry years Stepney because I was born in 2001 and I'm now 16 going to be 17 on June 22nd :-O. What a surprise! :-O. This is really really something isn't it? I can't believe I'll already be an adult by the very start of 2020 :-O. Which is only a year and a half away. I hope the 47's will still be running in 2020 do you Stepney? I most certainly do. Alright then, have a nice evening Stepney, plus I wish you all the best and stay awesome :-D :-D :-D. From your friend Foxy :-).

Original virgin livery was the best wish they still ran these on XC services today
5:25 I can't believe the Class 46 was still on the mainline in 2002. Was it a railtour and if this loco is preserved is it still mainline certified?
nice!
Thanks for watching and comment mate cheers Steve ..
