It's really cool that they made it so posable there are a lot of poses in the show that I always had trouble replicating with lower grade g gundam sets.
I'll tell ya, you'll see every Tom, Dick and Harry building and posting this kit EVERYWHERE but you are guaranteed to not see one look this good. Great build as always and thanks for a review that cuts straight to the point 👍
Modern RGs are some of my favorite model kits of all time.
This kit has insane amount of posability.
I spent a good amount of time posing the thing when I made it.
I’m glad the G-Gundam model was given some care with the design and weight distribution and posing potential. Now just need to 3D model a giant fire hand for times where he crushed a whole Gundam with the burning finger

This came out really nice. I hope Bandai makes a few more RGs from Mobile Fighter G Gundam including GF13-017NJ Shining Gundam and GF13-001NHII Master Gundam. Of course I'd also like to see the _Hyper Mode_ golden variants too.
Hypermode will be P-Bandai obviously. :P

IMO, it's always better to just outright purchase 3rd party waterslides like G Rework. 3rd party manufacturer makes them fast enough on top of being decent enough quality while for Bandai you'll have to wait for a long while, and even then, it's on their whims if the kit you want will get a waterslide decal.

Looks great Gundam. I actually have this kit, but haven't built it yet. Still practicing with the more common cheaper HG kits on melding seam lines, panel lining and getting the final matte top coat to look good without spraying too much or getting too close while spraying. Slowly getting better and one day I might take up air brushing, if only to get rid of the darker nub spots that you can't otherwise get rid of.

If you want a God Gundam that can compete and in a bigger scale, the Hi Res God Gundam is really cool, though it's not as paint friendly thanks to its high gloss finish the line is known for. The only thing lacking with it is the ankle tilt is extremely limited and the RG beats it by a mile for that.

The God/Burning Gundam is defiantly a fan favorite for a reason. It sure is mine.

G Gundam is the BEST series.
The Fuunsaiki from the RG God Gundam expansion set is basically reusing the same runners from the HGFC Master Gundam. Having built it, you're gonna have to use masking tape to make it color-accurate.
Are you gonna build a HGFC Rose Gundam, too?
It's kind of a shame that Bandai opted to reuse the HGFC instead of redoing it to at least have better part separation for color accuracy.

I loved G-Gundam.
The only reason why I never got the RG God Gundam is for the same bias - I’m biased towards Master Gundam and so I may just wait for an RG Master instead

Gundam you said the one thing almost every guy and probably two timing women have said "I wish it was bigger". Definitely might go for this.

The HG Fuunsaiki is for the old HG Master Gundam. I believe there, Mr Gundam
I've got the expansion set on order from P Bandai, so we'll see. But I'm pretty sure it is the old HG 1/144 Fuunsaiki

At this point i wish bandai would scrap the mg line as a whole, move rg to 1/100 and make pg like 1/35. I would dish out 500$ in a heartbeat for a super detailed pimped out the ass 1/35 kit. FK that if all pg kits onward were on the level of the og unleashed with perfect undargate/color separation then 1000 buckaroo's retail wouldn't be that bad. Bandai pls get some oversea market research. I legit get the reasoning behind making smaller kits cuz japan has tiny apartment spaces but gunpla at this point is a global phenomena. Great dio btw hope they get the Master goondam in the mix for the final touches.

i love this kit. freaking awesome. i have HiRM God Gundam. in my opinion between the two, RG god Gundam has more articulation than the HiRM. i still want an RG or a HiRM of Nobel Gundam, Master Gundam and Devil Gundam.

They can certainly pass on not creating a RG Master Gundam. Look what they did with 0083's RG GP01 and GP01FB without a RG GP02a. Like wtf. Yet they'll make every variation Unicorn Gundam and keep pumping out Seed Suits.

The rg stickers you get in the kits are already pretty good really don't need water slides deco the only issue I have is with pretty much the ones that go into the eyes cuz I like to use the small eye pieces with the plastic cover one as well as any other shiny stickers that are really small but that's more because I don't really have a good Steady Hand
