Also, when it summon that way put back all supreme king card that was destroyed back to it original position as if they were never destroyed. During the battle verse rescue ace, other player uses a monsters to flip Odd-eyes Vortex face down. Could Vortex not respond to negate it? Then it was destroyed by a trap and Vortex again couldn't didnt do anything. What was up with that?

It's strong but it's even stronger when you copy its effect with supreme king venom which allows you to otk if your opponents has 5600lp or less
It's balanced by being difficult to summon. Supreme King Dragon Starving Venom can bypass that though. LOL
