Softwares Required:
Inkscape: It is free open source vector graphic tool that you can download from following link:

Steps:
1. Trace_Layer:
- Convert JPG/PNG image into SVG image with strokes that VideoScribe can follow. Please refer to link to learn the same: • How to trace JPG/PNG i...
- Open Inkscape
- Add the SVG image stroke to a layer called "Trace_Layer".
- Lock Trace_Layer.
2. Color_Plate_Layer:
- Create a layer "Color_Plate_layer" and import color plate's jpg/png image in inkscape.
- Lock Color_Plate_Layer.
3. Fake_Layer:
- Now create another layer called "Fake_Layer".
- From rectangle tool, create a rectangle around the image. Make sure that Fill, Stroke paint, and Stroke style are not selected.
- MAKE SURE OPACITY IS SET TO 0.
- Lock the fake_layer.
- Save this SVG file and let's call it trace.svg.
- NOTE: We need fake layer so that all images overlap easily over another in videoscribe. If you do not have this fake layer, while importing images, videoscribe will change the size of each image to fit the window. With fake layer, each image is encapsulated to same area and hence, you see clean design.
4. Color_Layer:
- Create a new layer called "Color_Layer".
- Add first color to your image and lock the layer.
5. Color_Stroke_Layer:
- Create a new layer called "Color_Stroke_Layer".
- Using "Pencil" tool, create strokes. Make sure first stroke is on the color plate. You can increase stroke width to cover all area.
- Lock "color_stroke_layer" and delete Trace_layer and Color_Plate_Layer.
- Save_as this SVG. Let's call it color_*.svg
6. Now repeat steps 4-5 for all colors in your image and save all the SVG images with name color_*.svg.
7. Open videoscribe and load trace.svg, followed by all color_*.svg images. You will have coloring fill effect in videoscribe.
is there any system to take color by using color code or idropper like illustrator...?
Yes you can. Here are the steps:
1. Select the image from selection tool. Open "Fill and Stroke" menu from Object -> Fill and Stroke or press Shift + Ctrl + F from your keyboard.
2. From Fill tab, click "Fill Paint" selection button.
3. In right bottom, there is 8 digit hex code in RGBA section. You can add 6 digit hex color code followed by ff.
NOTE: last 2 digits are for opacity of color. ff will make the opacity 100%.

Hi Teck Hack, thanks for the video, its been a great help. Just a quick question, when I import my images to Videoscribe, videoscribe draws out my trace layer outline very thinly, and at times it draws two thin lines, do you happen to know how I can make it so it draws a thick outline?

It is not working I had tried 6-7 times. It show black strokes in fill animation then show color instantly without animation. It keep tracing in loop 6-7 time before color svg run

I have adjusted all drawing files to 1920 x 1080 but when using camtasia go back and edit video zoom to fit the frame 1920 x 1080 in camtasia, the image it is blurred there is no way to fix it?

I have a trouble by using inkscape, when I use paint bucket to fill the SVG images and use videoscribe to handdrawn that colored SVG image, while hand drawing it show color lines with black lines which looks very awkward.
It should fill color after handrawing but color lines show with image hand drawing animation, I don't know why it's happening. Anybody help please.
