This video is just my pet peeve of watching a movie with someone who is constantly talking through it and then hearing them ask "what's going on?" because they talked over a previous part that explained the exact thing they're asking about. As always, Filian is a masterclass at self-sabotage.
So, here’s a quick opinion that you are allowed to disagree with and I won’t attack you because I’m at least a quarter decent person. The opinion is: Filian is not a good reaction RUclipsr. Like, I know that isn’t what she does usually, but I don’t think it suits her. She is less of a wait for content and bounce off of it, and more of a make your own content kinda person. And before someone tells me she has adhd or autism… I KNOW! I WATCH HER OFTEN!

With stuff like this, people are watching YOU for your input to this media, as in your analysis, reaction, and synergy with people’s own experience since many will have seen it. If people see you doing other things, they’re not getting what they came to watch. You are basically looking at your phone while the movie is playing and everyone is feeling awkward they put in emotional stakes to your reactions and are feeling awkward and stupid for trying to get that feeling of shared experience from you.
I think you had too many distractions. Either that, or you need to pause to look and comment on chat. With a show, the flow is a major part of the magic and missing context to read and talk to chat while the video is playing instead of watching is doing a disservice to the work you’re watching if you’re wanting to actually give it a chance.

To my understanding, this isn't Filian's actual channel, just a clip channel, but otherwise all your criticisms stand. This wasn't well thought-out/good reaction content for sure, but if I may play devil's advocate I'd say that we can't prove any solid reasons to be LEGITIMATELY upset over Filian covering it poorly; the fact that SHE of all people went out of her way to cover it at all speaks volumes of its quality (or at least its popularity,) and in showing it full-screen the production quality speaks for itself. I'd have more to say but point being the quality of the show makes FILIAN look like bad content by comparison.
In Filian's defense:
#1 She's not a dedicated reaction streamer, she's not experienced in what she is doing.
#2 Filian's normal content is essentially built around her hyperactivity and spontaneity, two qualities that someone has to suppress to make good reaction content.
#3 The quality of TADC speaks for itself so clearly that we should be more worried about FILIAN looking bad by comparison.
I've never watched this Vtuber before, but I stopped this video after ten minutes cos her hyperactive monkey antics were just getting annoying.

Filian was being waaaaay too extra for this one imo. There's already a video of a wacky circus animation playing you don't need to do a whole song dance on top...
TLDR: your like chocolate milk, and this show is like soda, both are good, but when you mix the two, it becomes a abhorrent abomination that makes you want to throw up, aka, this video.
I also know this might have been completely unintentional, as I'll be honest it is a lot to be reacting, talking to chat, and understanding it at the same time, and you might not have known what you were going into since I don't believe you've seen any other indie animations similar to this, regardless, I think this criticism is needed so you don't do it again hopefully.
Filian, your a good reactor, don't get me wrong, but this reaction was like, really disappointing, even just 2 minutes in I could already tell it was gonna be bad, I love the digital circus, but I don't appreciate someone putting it on the background just to ride the hype train while they do their own thing and add a couple of jokes that the show already made, unintentional or not. Filian isn't a bad youtuber, but I think they should just stick to meme compilations at least while streaming since I can imagine talking to chat and making live reactions and jokes makes it difficult to follow something like this.
And while I do like how you sound like you just drank a hundred energy drinks when your reacting usually, it ends up overpowering the show, making the entire experience worse.
Here are some suggestions I think you should a v o i d doing on livestreams due to the added complexity of them:

The Amazing Digital Circus (even though you already did it)
Instead I would suggest doing non-live reactions to these, as would have probably been a better idea to do with this show (TADC) than a livestream.
There are probably more, and if I do remember this comment and other shows I will also add them to this list.
And while you and chat are a good mix, I think it would be better to leave chat out so you don't have to juggle around all these different tasks to do, as once it gets to a certain point, one of the important things to do will be completely left just to account for the others, aka you understanding what your watching and knowing what the actual plot is.
And I find it unfair for you to rate it, as you did not understand half of it's plot and missed major points of it.
Again, your reactions are great, and it was funny in some parts, but I'm sad to see you miss half of one of my favorite shows just to make a funny joke here and there.

It’s a show about cute robots who murder each other for reasons.
It’s seriously a really fun show to watch once you get past the initial confusion of the non-linear events.
I highly recommend it.
Currently, there are 6 of 8 episodes released, but 7 is coming soon for sure.

@@RazGOAT as an ADHD child myself, I found myself completely invested in the show after only the first 7 minutes, which is much faster than usual.
She definitely has it worse than I do, but I still feel like if she can get past how slow it can be at times and the inconsistent timeline, she might really like it.

I like Filean and her content, but this was kinda rough to watch. Trying to react, talk to chat, make jokes, and having TTS going. I feel like a lot of the reaction was just occasional jokes, and loud, which is fine when you're not watching an episode of a show that has a plot going on. An example id use for this point is around 10:55 where she makes a joke about Zubal being destroyed, then when the Jax says they "killed Zubal." She asks who is Zubal.
She's one of THOSE reacters I guess 😆 stimulates the viewer a lot and doesn't sit around to not take attention of themselves 🤭

have to agree with you on this. I adore Filian but she was too focused on getting the viewers to focus on herself and her joking, missing half the jokes of the video, because was being too focused on being crazier than the characters. It made it just an overload of insanity that was hard to keep up with.
I'm not an avid watcher of Fillian, but isn't this just her normally, i've always thought of Fillian as the adhd zoomer who just found out what energy drinks are and drinks like 12 a day, even when she watches the ididathing videos she's like this. I'd find it odd to see her react to something and take in the plot seriously.

And I found one of you lol it’s intro is “this is Filian she loves fruit snacks and loves to make deez jokes she is very lewd but pretends to be wholesome and is very short” and it’s first message is “HI SNACKER” the AI art looks a lot like your avatar, too. Fair skin, white hair, purple eyes. Just doesn’t have the ears and tail. The outfit is also different, black short shorts and white and purple sailor short. It gets to the point where they're just trying to make a bunch of loud noises and do the stupidest stuff possible just to keep people engaged without even 5 seconds of downtime. That's just the state the entertainment industry is in nowadays I guess.
Honestly, I do understand that approach; it can work really well depending on the audience and type of content someone is trying to make, so I don't blame anyone for going that route even if I don't particularly care for what essentially amounts to sensory overload.
