I’m 54 and I’ve been playing this expletive game since 1989. I have won this game numerous times, but I can never seem to do it on one man. After I achieve that goal, my next to do it without fireballs.
This game is borderline impossible and you make it look easy. I owned this game as a kid and it still haunts me to this very day. I never even made it to the halfway point. 😞

Yes, the game is hard, i think you need to control two things to improve, first, your movement and timing to create new squares, practice this in levels like the first one or the room 20 when you MUST control the collisions. And the second thing is just memorize the most difficults rooms( i have like 15 rooms in this category lol ) and you will improve a lot.
its an amazing game, too much to discover, many endings, good hitboxes, good music, graphics. I love this game too. I hope your father is in a better place now.

What is the item that you revelead in room 15 but then didn't pick up?
Very impressive play :)
Wings, they let you skip several levels, but getting them skips over items needed to get the best ending.
