Perfect example of losing the battle but winning a war
When this strat was shown, it was done by plenty even in rank back in the day. It was very annoying seeing my teammates focusing on the diggie instead of lanes and objectives and it was very stressful as the jungler I can't farm properly

Previously this meta was called the diggie feeder meta, its function was to disrupt the opponent's farming rotation and to open the map, but this meta is no longer valid now because the gold obtained when killing enemies is much more now whereas in the past it was quite a bit
We Called It "Diggie Strat" Not Feed Or Feeder In Our Place
diggie’s bombs had also been adjusted to have stack-based damage that halves upon death which removed the incentive for dying.
It was 0 gold at 8 deaths that time. It is now 50 minimum which is still an insignificant amount because aura still kept doing it. Bren esports still 100% ban diggie against aura. There's even a time when almost everyone forgot about this strat, they suddenly use it and they still won. This is no longer vuable now because diggie skill 1 is changed and iirc the bounty resets even with assists

I know This one for second Rafflesia Really likes to pick Diggie because I know it's a troll with the retri except Jaypee it's a jungle he doesn't have Retribution plus Idk if is called diggie strategy.
Yeah, so basically, it's distraction so YSS can freely farm and not getting pressure cuz Diggie give vision to the the team and put distraction.

It's called feeding diggie strategy we used it 9 times on ranked & won 6 times though but it's highly skilled srtrategy so i suggest not to use it unless u have 4 more pro teammates

@@randomguy8800 i think getting kills on diggie also increases their bounty, while they get almost nothing from killing diggie, so when diggies team kills them, they get more money. Also diggie has alot of cc, zoning, and ult for atlas. Retri to steal the enemy's jg. Also prevents tp of low hp enemy back to base. Not v sure of the first point so correct me if im wrong

This game is plain stupid, this has increased the chances of your opponents snowballing if you or one of your teammates become a common target for ganks and dies repeatedly.
This was used so when their enemy jungler killed Diggie a lot of times, then his bounty will rise up so when the enemy jungler was killed you will gain more gold.
Second, Diggie can interrupt the enemy when recalling, jungling, or etc.
Third, Diggie is giving more pressure and mostly VISION upon in passive form.

Selena, Lunox, Roger are the ones that kill Diggie. Imagine if they have a bounty so that when you kill them you will gain more gold

Masha was the perfect jungler and now she isn't really a good pick for me. Same w esmeralda which is my main. They nerfed her shield.I used to jump in the middle of 4 people. Now I instantly get killed by doing that. They're changing the meta every month and it's so annoying
i still use her to push but there are better choices like sun but i will still think she is still a pretty good pusher

@@Theakakageto be fair you are not supposes to be able to to that, this is a 5v5 game afterall and if one hero can handle 4 enemies then the balance of the games just terrible at that point.
The fact that only E2Max and chaknu is the only members left in Execration (Omega right now) and Rafflesia and killuash also left in Aura PH (Echo right now, Jaypee is not in the roster) gives me nostalgia.

Thing is not only that diggie annoys them and steals some objectives... its also that all of them have their bounties raising which means every kill aura gets was starting to be worth 50-150% more than any kill their enemies got.
This works because every kill you do it increases your bounty, while decreasing your death gold and retri because diggie can steal from the enemy jungler either the enemy jungler retri's on buff while turtle/lord is up and lose the objective or diggie steals buff and delays junglers item time and maybe even delay enemy midlane from minions which is worth more than killing a diggie at some point and the mask which is removed gives diggie gold/stats similar to roam today but the mask gives active/passive upon purchase and some movement speed etc now your jungler collects bounty gold from enemy team and snowballs winning you the game.
I think how this works is to keep the enemy attention and makes the enemy bounty alot because they've gained alot of kills and kill streak
exactly. plus at that time, killing player with 10 consecutive dies gain them nothing i think. No gold
And also to disrupt the farming of the enemy

I think you can counter that strat equipping bounty hunter assassin emblem but it only benefits the jungler who equiped it and keeps farming the diggie but I never saw anyone do it and I certainly did not because I don't play jungle

This strategy was too good, but the only counter for this strategy is Aldous, I mean we all know that 500 stacks Aldous is the worst that can happen to you and your teammates.

This is the time were Aldous wasn't actually a good pick. So either pick a useless hero that's only good in this scenario or just ban that thing (which the eventual champions Bren Esports did).
Bruh i used diggie for troll.. and plantted 4bombs on a shotgun build.. the 500stack aldous just vanished in the grass.. i thought he was still there but his soul is already at their base.. 😂😂

This meta diggie is just for the jungler focus on the diggie and destory all the farms rotation and diggie can open map also not letting enemy uses regen and recall but now it do not work in the past this meta was stressfull

The thing is you waste a lot of your skills to kill an insignificant or redundant hero, so once you did you don't have the necessary arsenal to take down an opponent which has a higher chance of killing you. Its reverse psychology that many players makes mistakes by throwing all your skills then run away unless you're a hitter or tank that don't rely on skills.
I remember seeing this meta in legend and mythic rank and I was jungle and it very painful. So I just called audible to my friend to just push the turret before the enemy gain more gold. So we split push
I was popol one match and had a suicide diggie on my heels. I could not summon my doggo the whole match even when I went back to base
My squad used to abuse the heck out of this meta. We banned diggie when we didn't get first pick. This was so fun back then.
This got patched, and even assists now bring your bounty up.

They have managed to make faramis useless, he can't capture souls of every dead enemy minions nor heroes, only the ones he has killed, plus, he can revive only once, previous ult was op and even second skill, have increased a CD for first skill, if you want to revamp make him immune to basic attacks or CC while using first skill, and give him his old stats, that should be enough

This also happened to me in mythic Rank, I used Franco and the diggie went to our base and I kept on killing him from time to time, my teammates are so mad at me for not helping them in Frontline cause they were all squishy heroes. At the end we still Got victorious and I became the MVP for a tank with 38 kills in ranked game😂. Thanks to the stupid diggie🤣
I remember doing this a year ago on classic, my mindset was like if I stay at their base, some might just keep on killing me while my teammates can go steal their farms and push turrets. I never knew theres such a smaller bounty thing when a hero dies a lot.

This strategy is feeding strategy when u feed enemy so much like 10x streak this enemy become so much help for your core when they able to kill that hero so much gold and level.but in return the hero that feeding not worth anymore only 50 gold and a bit of level but for that enemy who keep killing the became juicy when they die like 700 gold? Or 1000 i guess and so much exp thats just a nice strategy if u could do it ive try it and its worked so smoothly.

Well actually it is good meta for at least if are in a trio or full team but doing it in a solo rank .. you will receive a crunchy words full of trashtalk and a 60 credit score from reports .. I experience it myself bro and I don't want to remember how many times I did classic and brawl just to be able to play classic again.. and sometimes being reported again in classic from your enemy because you win is painful bro.. I'm just glad this past year it changes and I was able to play rank game again after 3 months in classic
