I used to be a 15 handicap, now I’m a 14.5. You’ll get there one day buddy, keep grinding and you might make it to a 14.5

@@timmyotoole6063 Not really, its cool to watch someone else do it and take on the massive risk, but most people bankrupt themselves trying to get on tour.
Ben has the ability to bank roll his career through youtubing his attempts to get on the tour. 99% of pro golfers let alone people don't have that ability, myself included.
Not to mention i have neither the desire to put myself or my family through a 10-15 year financial stagnation to attempt something with a 99.99999% failure rate.
@@markyboi8075 My handicap has been steadily dropping. I was a 16.0 two weeks ago and with a new PB of 84, it dropped to 15.3 this week. I think i can be single digit by the end of the year.
At 28 and a former 15 handicapper (I’ve gotten worse) I feel this too

Having a neutral clubface at the top of your backswing now will definitely help you progress! You need a proper caddie to help keep you calm and work on your course strategy. No excuses or dramatics!

My Scotty Cameron putter gives me the most feel for my putts which is probably why it is a very popular putter.
Keep pushin fella. Question - how do you “focus on clubface control”? Have found myself striping it via a new swing thought but more pushes/pulls than I’d like to see with the long irons

Seemed like a lot of one-handed follow thrus and balls coming up short. Contact? Steep AOA leading to slightly heavy shots? But the chipping was on point. Several left to kick-in range. I mean...6 birdies in the first round. You're obviously on it. Just a matter of putting it all together.
And who puts a giant tree in your line to the fairway? Guarantee the course designer was a short knocker. Keep fighting. You have the game. If it was easy everybody would be doing it.
Please club up on the par 3s for the love of god 😂
