My man, you must follow the Colts closely. You nailed every single point with this team. I agree with the sentiment that AR needs reps, but that’s only if he’s ready to play at this level. It’s becoming very obvious that he’s not ready. He’s too raw. We just saw Jordan Love sit for 3 years before taking over in GB. That’s what needs to happen for AR.
I find it interesting the trajectory of this team when both qbs are out there, with AR they may have a chance to be third in that division, with Flacco they have a chance to take that division with the weak Texans offense so far
I’ve been dying on the “He needs to sit a year or two and learn” hill over and over again for 2 months now lol. Ppl will fight with me about how he needs the reps but this dude hasn’t play a lot in high school or college and you obviously tell the game is to fast for him like you stated. I really can’t wrap my head around why ppl act like you’re crazy if u say AR needs to sit and learn. Good video G 💯
💯 I feel the same I've been called racist and everything else for wanting him to get a yr or 2 of practicing in. He's just not ready and truly at this point we are hurting him more than helping him. He needs some developing way before we develop him on the field. But thise fans who keep screaming reps reps, u shoukd be so Thankfull for Steichen this is how that looks. Can't develop him by doing what he can do every game gotta make him do what he can't and this the way that looks.
Josh Allen wasn’t the best his first few years and a lot of people compare Richardsons progression to him…I just don’t see it…Richardson isn’t that great
Josh Allen had a lot of training and they did training specifically to work on his accuracy, I don’t know if the colts would do the same level work for Richardson tho because accuracy is not his only issue
JA had a massive improvement between his rookie and sophomore years. His completion percentage jumped 6 points, his TDs doubled and his turnovers dropped, then he had his massive breakout in year 3. AR hasn't just not gotten better as a passer between year 1 and year 2, he's looking even more erratic and completing less of his passes with way better support than Allen had at that stage.
The sad truth for Quarterbacks drafted high is that time is not on their side, because there is a reason why that team has a high pick. Yes there are outliers, but the data has shown NCAA games Played + Pass % do give you the best outcome of that player as a pro. Almost all 1-3rd Qb draft picks the last decade have been above 60%, but for some reason the colts thought they could make AR a franchise QB when he was only completing 53% in college where it is easier (wider hash marks, 5-6 cupcake opponents, and simpler playbook). He is a great athlete and person, but this isn't going to end well.
As a Texans fan, keep him in the game. As a football fan, I can't stand him. His immaturity is evident on nearly every play. He's always pouting, but when he gets ONE lucky play, he acts like he won a ring.
I'm all for letting a kid develop in the game and get the reps. Let him miss. He will improve. But yesterday he quit on his team. That's just unacceptable. That's the reason to sit him. And he should be feel lucky if he ever sees the field as a starter again.
My thought process is similar. He chose to sit on the bench? Have him stay there, hit practice hard (especially with accuracy and conditioning), and have him earn his starting spot back. I was all for letting him develop in game until he took himself out, which just shows me that he's not ready to start.
The Colts have me looking past this NFL season and onto the NBA and I'm a Washington Wizards fan and they are in a total rebuild. At least the Wizards look like they will have a good future. With the Colts I feel like a hamster on a wheel.
I never liked the draft pick bc I knew this team was incapable of handling a project. Hell, they were too dumb to even notice that he was one of those to begin with. And based off their track record with other types of QB situations involving injury (which I knew right away AR would get hurt rookie year), it was just a recipe for disaster.
Teams are too desperate for QBs. I’ll give Indy credit tho, they tried the veteran QB game. I never saw top 3 can’t miss draft potential in Richardson.
He can't process and diagnose a defense, and he's inaccurate. I knew they were going to screw this kid up when he insisted he start day one. I think he'swrong headed. Boy won't even slide...he has to take the coaching.
@@mr.williamh1270 I’m wondering if this is why so many of his balls get batted down. He’s slow at going through his progressions and is late on making a lot of his throws. In order to compensate, he adds heat onto the ball and it comes in hot…making it hard to catch. So balls are getting batted down, or are moving so fast the receivers are having trouble hauling them in.
Yeah man I agree I’m not even a colts fan and I was getting frustrated at how long this kid held the ball in some possessions. He is athletically talented but he has to work on his passing and IQ
The whole thing is the NFL teams pushes these young QBs because they only have those early cheap years. The good QB pay scale is out of whack. These teams are desperate to find out if these young cheap QBs are worth it before they have to cough up a fortune. Many young QBs should sit and learn.
So as a colts fan I agree we should sit him for the rest of the season! And let him watch behind Joe cool! 44% is not acceptable! I want him to develop but right now the game is to fast
I agree as much as I still like ar15 and still see his potential. I think u play joe flacco. Ar15 biggest problem is his accuracy. He has the tools to succeed but at this moment joe flacco is the better qb in terms of passing the ball.
As a fan if he gonna pull himself out the game because you tried then you don’t wanna develop and your hurting the team and it’s weak if he wanna be great he better lock in but I don’t know it’s a tough spot do you draft a New QB or wait and see if he comes on but the colts to talented to keep losing because of him
Noooo colts fan! All the shit talking yall been doing over the last year about this dude, he tested higher than any qb in combine history with height and size 😂😂😂 like that shit really matter when it comes to being a starter in most cases. Stick by this man that’s only started under 20 games in his life from high school to college and nfl and some how yall thought it was a good idea to make him the starter on a NFL team at the most important and talked about position in all of American sports.. 😂😂😂 stick by ya QB

I like your takes on every team you talk about you earned that sub
Iam a colts fans and I believe irsays daughter should take over we need new ideas
I like listening to you better than McAfee show!

You called it, today he was benched for Joe Flacco.
Bro said he was tired 😅

The brother is at 44 percent in completion rate. Thats unacceptable. Im sorry but you cant be that bad.
Honestly ballard is holding this shit together by drafting his ass off. So many young players. We need to move for. A qb
Josh Allen wasn’t the best his first few years and a lot of people compare Richardsons progression to him…I just don’t see it…Richardson isn’t that great

Maybe as far as athleticism but Josh Allen was a much more polished passer coming out.

This is a truly sad statement. Wizards ball over an NFL season is craziness
@@thepostfk It has come to that. 🤨
Low key…..I can’t wait till the next Panthers video. I feel like I can score on that team!
Yea
Man I’m going to be real they are easily the hardest watch in the NFL they suck at everything besides running the ball
I never liked the draft pick bc I knew this team was incapable of handling a project. Hell, they were too dumb to even notice that he was one of those to begin with. Fuck it man let’s just play Navy’s brand of football and just let him be a run first QB and throw them off with a pass once every 4 downs 😂😂
He can't process and diagnose a defense, and he's inaccurate. I knew they were going to screw this kid up when he insisted he start day one. I think he'swrong headed. Boy won't even slide...he has to take the coaching.

Anthony Richardson kind of reminds me to Akili Smith
So as a colts fan I agree we should sit him for the rest of the season! And let him watch behind Joe cool! 44% is not acceptable! I want him to develop but right now the game is to fast
Colts won’t bench him. They are too stubborn to admit he isn’t working out.
They were too dumb to even realize he was a project even tho he’s one of the most obvious ones in NFL history
I agree as much as I still like ar15 and still see his potential. I think u play joe flacco. Ar15 biggest problem is his accuracy. He has the tools to succeed but at this moment joe flacco is the better qb in terms of passing the ball.
I think AR15 needs another year to sit
He needs to sit. Sign Joe Flacco for another year and let Richardson learn from him.
He needs to be playing behind Joe if we get up big put him in
WHY INSIST ON CHUCKING THE BALL DOWN FIELD OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER WHEN HES NOT EVEN HITTINF 50%?!?!
What’s the definition of insanity yall ??
I should be a quarterback in the NFL, I can complete more then half my passes
You the best
This Colts team is a winner but it will never happen with him this year ! Joe will show him how to win
As a fan if he gonna pull himself out the game because you tried then you don’t wanna develop and your hurting the team and it’s weak if he wanna be great he better lock in but I don’t know it’s a tough spot do you draft a New QB or wait and see if he comes on but the colts to talented to keep losing because of him
Can't read the defense holds ball forever what do you say to the other guys busting it out there sit him down
