“I bought a 1920s Oahu guitar from a friend who was retiring from playing live. It came with an unfamiliar Hawaiian tuning which gave birth to the melody that is the opening line for Cowboys in Hawaii. This collaboration with Daniel and Sam has been a place of great experimentation and I thoroughly enjoyed singing in an almost Andy Williams -esque way to fit the sonic landscape of this song.” - Martin Harley
