For the ones from Monsters Inc, this was the closest I could get; I think they were always going to be tough to get exactly right. Chick Hicks might be my favorite, it's hilarious & Zurg is a medieval Vader/Batman hybrid.

Sid's a creepy kid, especially with a Horned King skull. Hopper looks like an evil creature from the Star Wars universe. The Monsters look even more monstrous and would definitely generate ten times the scream energy. Anton Ego technically isn't a villain, he's more of a neutral character. Love Lotso's cute and innocent makeover, which would distract you from the fact that he is pretty evil.
Thanks for the feedback! You're right about Anton being neutral, I just couldn't resist putting him in there, he's one of my favorite Pixar characters.
