+SnejaTheKing Not sure if sarcasm or you actually don't know. A turn signal nowadays is an indicator (orange flashing lights on left and right side of the car), but it also could be trafficators for an older car, or simple hand signals (for cyclists/bikers) to make sure other road users know which way you are turning
What year and model is it? I have a brand new 2010 3 series performance blinker kit for sale. $399 still in box. He'll, I'll even throw in a gallon of premium blinker fluid.
+izaan syed that's like saying that you shouldn't talk to anyone when you're driving literally all he did was just talk and he looked at it for 2 or 3 seconds between a minute
hands free bluetooth is in cars from manufacturers.. i assume it's even easier to talk to a camera when there is no one talking back and nothing to listen to
I just started riding a motorcycle and it's insane how close people will follow behind me. I wish I could drop a spike strip or something to make them back the fuck up. People just need to calm down on the road and learn patience and efficiency. Most people have no driving "rhythm" at all.
In programming class today someone complained that the program we were doing was too long. So my teacher looked up how many lines of code different cars and websites and games run on. Apparently one of the cars with the most is the Mercades S-class with 400 MILLION LINES OF CODE. F-22's have about 9 million and the new ford GT has 10 million lines.

Then the person continues to sit there until the light turns yellow, flips me the bird, and races away just as the light goes red. When I am trying to parallel park and turn on my signal, the car behind me pulls up so close that I can't back up. Then, after I give up and drive away - they take the space that I was trying to get into. When a car changes lanes in the middle of a turn and starts crowding me, I honk so they won't hit my car. Inevitably, this results in them flipping me off or challenging me to pull over and fight them. #11, #12, and #13 should be: People who do not know how to use acceleration lanes, people who refuse to let cars merge onto the highway, and people who drive slow in the left lane on the interstate because they think it is their job to help enforce the speed limit.
+Zachary Zarko I think I've only encountered 1 group of guys who were "enforcing the speed limit". I just cut them off by barely ramming into to them before I changed lanes and sped off. -That was during my young driving days were I would cut off and overtake everything in front of me. I don't do that as often as I used to lol.
+Zachary Zarko Seriously, none of that would happen if people cared or knew about how to drive safely. So much ignorance. Especially people who don't know how to use the "fast lane" on the free way.
Your first point about cars using the space to change into the lane really fucks me off. I've left that space for between me and the car in front as a food safe distance. So frustrating.
If you don't use your blinkers, the fluid doesn't get circulated throughout the blinker and will actually break down faster, causing the fluid to seep past the seals.
Always safer to go with the flow than slow down and risk getting rear-ended m8. And plus if the flow is 70 and everyone is going 70, I don't think they could pull over everyone so your safe from a ticket. But definitely slow down as soon as everyone else does.
always go with the flow or slightly faster(no more than 5mph). Never go slower than the flow of traffic as you impede those around you. Police wont pull you over if you go with the flow even if the flow is faster than the speed limit. There is a 4 lane 'avenue' that goes straight though my town. The speed limit is 45, but the flow is very commonly 60 mph.
Happens in pittsburgh too where the highway speed limit that feeds the city is 45 and everyone going 65, unless there is a tunnel coming up then everyone stops.

So If I were to change lanes in the middle of an intersection following 20 feet behind the guy in front of me without signalling, while being wasted/tired with headphones on looking at my phone while its really foggy out, you're saying I'd be a threat to other drivers?
For number 1, get a bump step or other hitch mounted crumple zone. There great even if you don't have a pickup bed or roof rack. Not only will it save your rear from collisions, it will make people think twice before tailgating you when they see it.
I once read a study that said that a 15-minute nap can "recharge" your attention from 20% of what you have in the morning after a good sleep to up to 80% again. Tesla Model S, Tesla Model X can stop super fast with regen. Also, The Chevy Volt driving in L mode can also do aggressive regen braking. Adding the brake pedal increases braking power for the Chevy Volt when driving in L.
I don't know if it's a law everywhere, but in Missouri we have traffic laws that say that the left lane on 2-lane highways is for passing only, however there tends to be people that cruise in the passing lane, and there a huge line of people builds up behind them that are also trying to pass (usually a semi truck or a super-slow driver), and leads to a line of multiple cars that are only a few feet from each other driving at or over the speed limit. I really think people need to learn that hopping into the passing lane to stop speeders is actually illegal itself, and chances are they are actually making for a MORE dangerous situation than if there is one driver speeding and passing everyone.
I've seen some people drive without wearing their seatbelt. I'm surprised you didn't mention that. Also most people I know and ride with don't come to a complete stop at a stop sign if there are no other cars at that intersection and they are not turning at that intersection. Also a lot of people like to play what I call "beat the traffic light" which is when someone floors the gas to get through an intersection when the light is yellow to avoid running a red light.
"at stop signs, those on the right are allowed to go." Hence why it's called RIGHT of way.... They have RIGHT of way, whilst the others are LEFT there.
At a T junction intersecting a main road... the vehicle on main road gets the pass first if both are at Stop signs at same time... the traffic on the main road is always priority then the bylanes... Cz as soon as you cut in with your vehicle to a main road from bylane the vehicle on main road has to come to a halt or slow down which may be traffic causing element or dangerous too on a Fast speed highway
YoloMcSwaggins This is one of the important rules in RTOs of India The Y, I junction and T junction.. etc... like when you are on Hill(Ghats google this)Off roads... The Vehicle on the edge of the Ghat(Hill road) gets the pass and on the Vehicle on the Hill side has to stop for that vehicle on a wider part of the hilly road... Same for Trailers/MAVs... These are unwritten rules in some Road safety(road transport) board rules of Nations but I feel drivers(owners) who can spend a hefty for buying a car can also drive Ethically on the Roads... We Indians always have this notion that USA, Canada and European roads are always great eg of road safety norms
can anyone help I went to the store I couldn't find the right blinker fluid for my BMW my car only take the one that comes with the stickers that adds 10 more horsepower any lead will help thanks
Never smoked up and drove but you can tell I'd be bad at driving high cuz apparently I kinda just mumbled "oh ya just swerve thru that red light let's go miss that Benz" as a high passenger. Yep. Smart.
FUN FACT: You should not use your blinkers in Mexico. Lane changes are a battle to get the precious space on the other lane, so you must not telegraph your attack and instead attack by surprise by never letting anyone know you're going to take the other sucker's space.
Jason Dziadyk ...shouldn't he say "...but in terms of how smart it is, it really wasn't" or "...it really isn't."? I kinda thought it was some sort of joke
"How legal it is depends on where you live, but in terms of how smart it is, it really doesn't." Whether it's legal or not depends on where you live. How smart it is does not depend on where you live. That's what he basically said, but context of sentence makes it easier.
This dude wants to be a RUclips hero! "If dying don't scare you" no, it doesn't. It's not being able to do all that I wanted in the time I have that scares me
Actally I just took my permit test monthes ago. In California it is completely legal to change lanes in the middle of an intersection. I disagree with not using your phone at a red light. It reduces the chance of using it while moving. But only if someone is stoped behind you and you are not first in line.
Actually you're only partially right, if a car was at an intersection and was turning right and saw the lane was open, he'd obviously go and if cars can change lanes there without laws against it you would probably see a problem there, in order to make a lane change into a lane at an intersection you have be sure there is no car at the intersection that wants to turn into the lane you're entering, second the phone thing was dumb, no it's not safe to do that at all, yes it's better than doing it while your stopped but it still doesn't make it alright
That's why I said I would strongly not recommend it because yeah you're right it is unsafe, even if it's legal I still wouldn't do it. And when I read the driving rules book a few years ago it said you cannot change lanes at an intersection at all
Unfortunately, we suffer from the same tailgating phenomenon here in Seattle and it makes me an absolute nervous wreck when I see a car traveling closely behind me.
11. driving in the left lane doing the same speed as the people in the slow lane ....really pisses people off 12. gawking at an accident on the other side of the highway. it doesn't effect you so move it 13. people who don't turn on the passing lane so people coming onto the highway can get to the slow lane. 14. tailgating ....I'll just go slower
+American Siren Productions There was once 4 wrecks all in close proximity one day, 2 minor 2 major, all because people were gawking at the first wreck.
Sleep is the cousin of Death. People just need to get the right amount of sleep, 7-8 hrs. Don't go fast in any wet condition, higher chance of hydroplaning when going fast. Don't go slow on the left lane unless you are passing the vehicles that is right and right most of you.
+David Goldstein Most cops here in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale also change lanes without their turn signals....I wanted to pull several cops over and give them tickets. And FYI the majority of Floridians in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale don't yield in general as well especially if you drive a truck/slightly oversize vehicle. My friend in miami disagrees and thinks ppl in NY drive worse....she has no idea lol And I thought I was a pretty bad driver...
I typically use the 1car Length for every 10 mph. Another thing I do since I'm still in high school is let the car idle itself through the parking lot at 5-7 mph because other people don't look for other cars and take corners way to fast
In CA, you can lane change in the intersection because there isn't any law in the CVC that prevents you from doing it, but you can still get a ticket if an officer deems it as an unsafe lane change
On the first one, definitely in Michigan this is an issue. My mother recently moved to the Detroit area from Indiana. Me and my brother were going up to visit her (and we both still live in Indiana) and we ended up getting rear ended TWO MILES INTO MICHIGAN because traffic ahead of us hit their brakes, and the lady behind us in a Volvo S60 was so close we couldn't see her headlights, and we were in a Lincoln LS so it isn't a very tall car. Very sketchy to get rear ended going between 75-80 (keeping with traffic).
+ROWINZILLA "blinker fluid" is a mechanic's joke that is as old as the hills. Trainee mechanics were often hazed by being told to change the "blinker fluid" or "muffler bearing" or add water to a VW bug's radiator.
Hey, Parker I've been a fan/subbed for a bit over a year now. I love VV videos, especially that you take the extra time to promote safe driving. Also love the little comedic comments you make. Keep up the good work.
i'm a truck driver and I float gears I'm wondering if you have ever done so in a car, I've seen it done, and know race car drivers use to do so. if you could cover the shift concepts of floating that would be awesome
The following distance tip is really unreasonable in big cities, particularly in the east coast. I noticed that LA drivers keep a huge following distance (on my standards at least), but here in Philly, the "normal" following distance is about half a mini cooper @ 60 mph.
I saw someone wearing Bose headphones just last night. It was ridiculous. One thing that you should have pointed out...When people change lanes (especially on the freeway), don't just get over because you see an opening. When you're going 65, and someone changes lanes in front of you going 45, that's very dangerous. It happens all of the time where I'm from, because nobody pays attention to how fast the person is going before they cut them off.
Being emotional while driving is bad as well. I have run red lights before because I was in a state of distress, or I was angry at someone in my life, or I was just simply thinking about all the work I had to do. When you get in that car, you need to shut those emotions off. Sure, you can think when you are on the highway and there is not much to do, but when you are in the city 100% of your focus needs to be on the road, not on your homework. I learned this the hard way, dont make the same mistakes.
+Speedaholics In Quebec Canada some highways have a speed limit and a minimum speed sign :) upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/4/4e/Speed_limit_70_minimum_40_sign.svg/601px-Speed_limit_70_minimum_40_sign.svg.png
Great tips!! I especially love when you said use your turn signals. So many people will not do that and to me, if you can operate an iPhone, you can operate a lever. And speaking of the phone, you're really not important....put the damn thing away and just drive. People need to learn to wait for you to reply to their nonsense.
Mark McGhee You're also looking in your mirrors and therefore don't "take your eyes off the road". Should we stop looking in mirrors? Now granted, not talking to anyone would be the best but it doesn't make a big difference whether you're talking to someone else in the car or on the phone or speaking to a camera. And him looking up might look like he's looking into the camera but I'm sure most of the time it was him looking in his mirror.
Please do two videos "10 things you should do as a front seat passenger (that is actually helpful but you won't think about doing)" and "10 things you should not do as a front seat passenger (that you may be tempted to do thinking it's helpful to the driver but actually annoys him, distracts him or puts the car in danger)"
Great video but I was wondering about the following distance one because you would never need to stop in a second for the car in front of you because there is no way someone in front of you is going to stop on a dime going 60 or any speed for that matter. If that makes sense
Here's one. Being courteous and pulling over for those of us EMTs and Paramedics running lights and sirens. In some states, it is the law to pull over, and in others (including mine), lights and sirens from ambulances are only requesting the right of way. We don't run them unless they are warranted, and we still have to abide by the same traffic laws we have to, off duty. It would be great if other motorists would simply exercise courtesy and pull over, rather than scattering all over the road and completely forgetting how to drive, upon seeing lights and hearing sirens. To the people who adamantly refuse to move over for us...you'd better hope that isn't your loved one in the back of the boo-boo bus running code, while you're busy texting or pretending as if you do not see us.
i need some help im 17 and i wanna drive a car and i dont have the permission cuz they denied me the permission what can i do??? ppl say dont drive with ur id leave it in home??? if theyr stop me when they see me driving without license they gonna make longer way to get my permission..
+Christopher Ramos i know it might be a bit late at this point but i do agree with trianglethinker It is better to not drive at all than have to risk getting arrested and lose the privilege for longer. Honestly that much should be common sense
Changing lanes in the middle of an intersection is legal, as long as the lane that you switching off it, and the lane you switching to it, are both following the same direction. so it's legal for example to switch between two lanes that go straight
I think the BMW drivers not using their signals stems from the fact that quite often it can become a pain to turn them off if you choose the constant turn indicator, not the 3 flash option. You try and turn it of, and the other one starts etc.
#11: you must drive on the right lane if you are not overtaking. It does not matter how fast you go, the left lane is only to overtake. The amount of people coasting on the left lane is insane in the US.
In live in the province of Quebec and a lot of people seems to think that turn indicators are optional, especially pickup trucks for some reason. I hate that especially when they are passing you.
Indeed, not all brakes are equal. sport cars usually have not only bigger but more effective brakes which makes them stop more quickly and in a shorter distance. Additionally, they usually have better tires on than normal cars which has also an enormous impact on grip and therefore stopping power.
Speaking of those kind of brakes. Could you put sport/race brakes or even bigger/more powerful brakes on a standard car. Say a Toyota Camry, or even something a bit sportier like a Ford Mustang? Could you do it? and if so would it be cost effective at all? Or is it ridiculously expensive?
Same here with the following distance in California. People always cut in front of me and I have to keep adjusting my distance and yes I do drive from a reasonable distance
My BMW didnt come with the turn signal package though
What's a turn signal?
+SnejaTheKing Not sure if sarcasm or you actually don't know. A turn signal nowadays is an indicator (orange flashing lights on left and right side of the car), but it also could be trafficators for an older car, or simple hand signals (for cyclists/bikers) to make sure other road users know which way you are turning

BMW should really look into why their blinker fluid runs out faster than other cars...
If you don't use your blinkers, the fluid doesn't get circulated throughout the blinker and will actually break down faster, causing the fluid to seep past the seals.
What about the highways in atlanta where the speed limit is 55 but the flow of traffic is 70

"Even if your BMW is low on blinker fluid."
-Vehicle Virgins 2016
I've seen some people drive without wearing their seatbelt.
I'm surprised you didn't mention that.
Also most people I know and ride with don't come to a complete stop at a stop sign if there are no other cars at that intersection and they are not turning at that intersection.
Also a lot of people like to play what I call "beat the traffic light" which is when someone floors the gas to get through an intersection when the light is yellow to avoid running a red light.
"at stop signs, those on the right are allowed to go."
Hence why it's called RIGHT of way....
They have RIGHT of way, whilst the others are LEFT there.
At a T junction intersecting a main road... the vehicle on main road gets the pass first if both are at Stop signs at same time... the traffic on the main road is always priority then the bylanes... Cz as soon as you cut in with your vehicle to a main road from bylane the vehicle on main road has to come to a halt or slow down which may be traffic causing element or dangerous too on a Fast speed highway
shekhar kamath Wasn't mentioned because not many junctions are like this.
YoloMcSwaggins pardon my poor language skills
What if the cars are straight across each other
can anyone help I went to the store I couldn't find the right blinker fluid for my BMW my car only take the one that comes with the stickers that adds 10 more horsepower any lead will help thanks
How about talking to your camera when you are driving(?)
You're also talking to your passangers while driving, don't you? There's no difference.
well when you are talking to passengers you dont need to make eye to eye contact meanwhile he makes eye to eye contact with the camera all the time
Edbert Sutanto True, I think in many instances in which it looks like he's looking into the camera, he may be just checking his mirror.
Never smoked up and drove but you can tell I'd be bad at driving high cuz apparently I kinda just mumbled "oh ya just swerve thru that red light let's go miss that Benz" as a high passenger. Yep. Smart.
Next video, 10 things I hate about safe driving.
FUN FACT: You should not use your blinkers in Mexico. Lane changes are a battle to get the precious space on the other lane, so you must not telegraph your attack and instead attack by surprise by never letting anyone know you're going to take the other sucker's space.
This is funny.
4:51 "...but in terms of how smart it is, it really doesn't."
not sure if this was on purpose but it was pretty funny
he's saying it doesn't depend on the state for how smart it is, listen to the whole thing. makes perfect sense.
Jason Dziadyk ...shouldn't he say "...but in terms of how smart it is, it really wasn't" or "...it really isn't."?
I kinda thought it was some sort of joke
context of sentence, watch it again
"How legal it is depends on where you live, but in terms of how smart it is, it really doesn't."
Whether it's legal or not depends on where you live.
How smart it is does not depend on where you live. That's what he basically said, but context of sentence makes it easier.
YoloMcSwaggins ok
This dude wants to be a RUclips hero! "If dying don't scare you" no, it doesn't. It's not being able to do all that I wanted in the time I have that scares me
What car are you driving while making this
S550
a wannabe ct6
Actally I just took my permit test monthes ago. In California it is completely legal to change lanes in the middle of an intersection. I disagree with not using your phone at a red light. It reduces the chance of using it while moving. But only if someone is stoped behind you and you are not first in line.
+Zachary Blanchard yeah well I'm from California too and I highly don't recommend it, even if it's legal
And when I read the driving rules book a few years ago it said you cannot change lanes at an intersection at all
#11: Recording a Vehicle Virgins video while driving
Unfortunately, we suffer from the same tailgating phenomenon here in Seattle and it makes me an absolute nervous wreck when I see a car traveling closely behind me.
11. driving in the left lane doing the same speed as the people in the slow lane ....really pisses people off
12. gawking at an accident on the other side of the highway. it doesn't effect you so move it
13. people who don't turn on the passing lane so people coming onto the highway can get to the slow lane.
14. tailgating ....I'll just go slower
+American Siren Productions There was once 4 wrecks all in close proximity one day, 2 minor 2 major, all because people were gawking at the first wreck.
+American Siren Productions There is no slow lane btw, just 1 driving lane and 1 or 2 overtaking lanes
Sleep is the cousin of Death. People just need to get the right amount of sleep, 7-8 hrs.
Don't go fast in any wet condition, higher chance of hydroplaning when going fast.
Don't go slow on the left lane unless you are passing the vehicles that is right and right most of you.
try telling that to Floridians lol
Agreed...
Miami drivers = worst drivers
Possibly worse than the Chinese.
+David Goldstein
Most cops here in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale also change lanes without their turn signals....I wanted to pull several cops over and give them tickets.
And FYI the majority of Floridians in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale don't yield in general as well especially if you drive a truck/slightly oversize vehicle.
My friend in miami disagrees and thinks ppl in NY drive worse....she has no idea lol
And I thought I was a pretty bad driver...
+David Goldstein I'm from Miami, and that statement cannot be more accurate.
+Kyle Rollins fucking shit drivers
I typically use the 1car Length for every 10 mph. Another thing I do since I'm still in high school is let the car idle itself through the parking lot at 5-7 mph because other people don't look for other cars and take corners way to fast
He's doing number 11 never do a video for RUclips and drive at the same time.
He was about to say that but decided to heed his own advice.
In CA, you can lane change in the intersection because there isn't any law in the CVC that prevents you from doing it, but you can still get a ticket if an officer deems it as an unsafe lane change
Number 11, making youtube videos while driving.
AHaha, the ChrisFix joke about BMW blinkers
the blinker fluid joke has been around for eons
***** ChrisFix did an april fools joke about BMW blinkers not working because they're low on blinker fluid, it directly points to that.
+MI6 yes exactly. That joke has been around for a while
really helpful man, great videos. subscribed
"Blinker Fluid" it's from Car Throttle 😂😂
+ROWINZILLA "blinker fluid" is a mechanic's joke that is as old as the hills. Trainee mechanics were often hazed by being told to change the "blinker fluid" or "muffler bearing" or add water to a VW bug's radiator.
Hey, Parker I've been a fan/subbed for a bit over a year now. I love VV videos, especially that you take the extra time to promote safe driving. Also love the little comedic comments you make. Keep up the good work.
11. Driving while being a woman
12. Driving while sexist.
12. Driving while sexist.
+Mack Jubrael 13. Driving while liberal.
+Mack Jubrael 14. Driving while butthurt.
A tip I have always gone with for following distance is 1 car length for every 10 mph. So, if you are going 70 mph then 7 car lengths.
Whenever I'm tired on the freeway I just go faster. idk it keeps me awake.
I live in MA and thankfully most of these aren't common problems here. Phone use while driving and tailgating seem to be the most common though.
rule number 10 dont make videos while driving
jk
Why?
I'm looking at getting an E92. How much does blinker fluid cost to fill up?
+MrSaxmanJones It only costs common sense.
10. don't vlog while driving which causes distraction
+Crunchtastic have you noticed that he rarely looks at the dashcam
Thank you! Tailgating is an issue and signaling seems to be against the law in my area😒😒
Did you know it is illegal to video tape and drive at the same time?
not if he isn't holding the camera
+I AM MRKS MOM
It is if it's in your view of vision.
+Nima it clearly isn't obstructing his view of the road.
That doesn't make any sense...doesn't that mean all dashcams are illegal?
i'm a truck driver and I float gears I'm wondering if you have ever done so in a car, I've seen it done, and know race car drivers use to do so. if you could cover the shift concepts of floating that would be awesome
Am I the only one focusing on that lump on his head
YEP
The following distance tip is really unreasonable in big cities, particularly in the east coast. I noticed that LA drivers keep a huge following distance (on my standards at least), but here in Philly, the "normal" following distance is about half a mini cooper @ 60 mph.
blinker fluid.......I already watched that vid by chris fix.....who else?
+subie skyline34 me, lmao
I saw someone wearing Bose headphones just last night. It was ridiculous. One thing that you should have pointed out...When people change lanes (especially on the freeway), don't just get over because you see an opening. When you're going 65, and someone changes lanes in front of you going 45, that's very dangerous. It happens all of the time where I'm from, because nobody pays attention to how fast the person is going before they cut them off.
Doesnt matter what i do in my Accent. Its unstopable
+Hyundai Accent Fan Club tell that to semi when you brake check it
Brandon Clarke maybe i dont wanna ever think about that. and even if i did he wouldnt hit me i would have to just tap the gas and id be gone
yes now id like to see ya pull away in your 90hp accent
Brandon Clarke hahaha try adding a 0 to that number fuck boi
kinda hard to call a tow truck when you dead
Being emotional while driving is bad as well. I have run red lights before because I was in a state of distress, or I was angry at someone in my life, or I was just simply thinking about all the work I had to do.
When you get in that car, you need to shut those emotions off. Sure, you can think when you are on the highway and there is not much to do, but when you are in the city 100% of your focus needs to be on the road, not on your homework.
I learned this the hard way, dont make the same mistakes.
Only in California can you get a ticket for going under the speed limit......land of the fruits and nuts smh
nutz? lol Florida
Most countries also do that, and it's normal ...
+Speedaholics In Quebec Canada some highways have a speed limit and a minimum speed sign :)
upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/4/4e/Speed_limit_70_minimum_40_sign.svg/601px-Speed_limit_70_minimum_40_sign.svg.png
Great tips!! I especially love when you said use your turn signals. So many people will not do that and to me, if you can operate an iPhone, you can operate a lever. And speaking of the phone, you're really not important....put the damn thing away and just drive. People need to learn to wait for you to reply to their nonsense.
never film yourself making a video and drive should be included
You're also talking to your passengers if you're travelign with others. There's no difference!
+overTIMe you are always taking your eyes off the road and being distracted
Mark McGhee You're also looking in your mirrors and therefore don't "take your eyes off the road".
Should we stop looking in mirrors?
Now granted, not talking to anyone would be the best but it doesn't make a big difference whether you're talking to someone else in the car or on the phone or speaking to a camera.
And him looking up might look like he's looking into the camera but I'm sure most of the time it was him looking in his mirror.
+overTIMe get a room already
People who say this have ACTUALLY never made a video while driving it's SAFE
Please do two videos "10 things you should do as a front seat passenger (that is actually helpful but you won't think about doing)" and "10 things you should not do as a front seat passenger (that you may be tempted to do thinking it's helpful to the driver but actually annoys him, distracts him or puts the car in danger)"
Never vlog and drive.......Even do it's mounted ur still in the wrong.......
Great video but I was wondering about the following distance one because you would never need to stop in a second for the car in front of you because there is no way someone in front of you is going to stop on a dime going 60 or any speed for that matter. If that makes sense
Dont drive and record video :)) JK
+Khoa Le That's why you get a cell phone or camera mount. I sometimes enjoy recording: snow, thunderstorms, fast cars.
To the people who adamantly refuse to move over for us...you'd better hope that isn't your loved one in the back of the boo-boo bus running code, while you're busy texting or pretending as if you do not see us.
i need some help
im 17 and i wanna drive a car and i dont have the permission cuz they denied me the permission what can i do??? ppl say dont drive with ur id leave it in home??? if theyr stop me when they see me driving without license they gonna make longer way to get my permission..
u dont have to insult me dont u think
thanks
+Christopher Ramos i know it might be a bit late at this point but i do agree with trianglethinker
It is better to not drive at all than have to risk getting arrested and lose the privilege for longer.
You try and turn it of, and the other one starts etc.
in some states, it is legal to change lanes through an intersection, depending on if the officer decides it was "safe"
I hate that especially when they are passing you.
the same issue here in Ontario
@0:49
What you mean by that? Do those sport cars like brake faster or what
They have to. It is hard to stop all that power with normal non carbon-ceramic brakes.
And those sport cars use such brakes? Alright, thanks
Indeed, not all brakes are equal. sport cars usually have not only bigger but more effective brakes which makes them stop more quickly and in a shorter distance.
Additionally, they usually have better tires on than normal cars which has also an enormous impact on grip and therefore stopping power.
Alright, thank you guys
well that was kind of obvious, but I wasn't sure if that's the main difference :)
Speaking of those kind of brakes. Could you put sport/race brakes or even bigger/more powerful brakes on a standard car. Say a Toyota Camry, or even something a bit sportier like a Ford Mustang? Could you do it? and if so would it be cost effective at all? Or is it ridiculously expensive?
as I was learning to drive my father always said for every 10 mph you go you should be 1 car length back and I never forgot that
3:07 what if they are straight across each other and arrive on the intersection at the same time
Yet another great video, keep up all the hard work!
Same here with the following distance in California. People always cut in front of me and I have to keep adjusting my distance and yes I do drive from a reasonable distance
