    Dalgyal mari (rolled omelet) isn't as difficult as you think.
    Even if it rips as you make it, don't panic and keep trying!
    =============================
    Dalgyal mari (rolled omelet) (basic ver.)
    [Ingredients]
    6 eggs (5 large eggs)
    1/5 cup (20g) carrot
    1/2 cup (30g) green onion
    1/6 tbsp (2g) fine salt
    Brown sugar
    3 tbsp (21g) cooking oil
    [Directions]
    1. Finely chop the green onion and carrot, as if mincing them.
    2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add salt and sugar.
    3. Beat the eggs with chopsticks.
    4. Mix the vegetables with the eggs.
    5. Add cooking oil to a pan, put the pan over low heat, and pour in about half of the egg mixture.
    6. Once the edges are cooked and the top starts to dry, start rolling the egg mixture.
    7. Flip the dalgyal mari, push it over to the front side of the pan, continue pouring in more egg mixture, and then roll.
    8. Repeat until all of the egg mixture is used.
    9. Fully cook the egg mixture while keeping its shape.
    10. Finish by cutting the completed dalgyal mari into decent sizes.
