Does this have to be plugged into a power source as well as the tablet? I connected my tablet to this and nothing happens. Mine didn’t come with a power brick so I assumed it just charges off the device you’re plugging into
This is what I currently know by test or reading. Will update if not.
-- if you use their HDMI to mini HDMI cable, you will need external power into one of its 2 USBC ports. NOTE: I tested with wall charger and then with a power bank. MAYBE: 5 volts 2amp is good, Best to double check with Arzopa (email maybe).
-- If you use their USBC-USBC cable, it will send display and power into the middle port (It's the USBC port right next to the HDMI). NOTE: It's my understanding that if you use a different USBC cable, it must be rated for two way or data transfer, not a charge-only. Very important.

I have the S1 Table portable monitor. 2024 August 26. Based on Arzopa website, other videos and my own testing, the monitor - must receive power. Even though this is not on main page of Arzopa website, just use their search for it or any model you are considering.
An external power source is not part included with S1. In its box are 3 cables and has 3 input ports on its side. HDMI, and 2 USBC
--By the way, it can be your M1 Mac Mini primary or secondary display. No need for drivers. Also works with a wide range of brands and non-computer devices which have HDMI or at least USBC 3.0 (??) version USBC.
--You might want to adjust resolution and/or text size.
-- Looking at Mac system display supports rgb and other color spaces (72% of Adobe? P3?) and resolutions 108Op default. 60Hz.

Does this work as a stand alone monitor I have a pc but no monitor and if i buy this will it work?
You could use this as a secondary monitor, I would however get a stand that could hold the monitor. As this monitor is not vesa compatible.

When you connect it to your laptop how do you connect it as a second screen so that you can have different things displayed on it rather than just having a mirror of your screen?

You can connect using USB C with a phone yes.
Please make sure you ready the compatibility list before purchasing.

I have one but doesn't work. Turns on after said no signal and start a sleeping mode

Hi there Pain, You could most certainly us this as a 3rd screen, If you main monitor supports display port then i would recommend using this as your first cable, Then for the other two monitors if you have 2 additional hdmi ports in your mother board, I would plug them into there. Let me know if you need more help and we can try assist using a video.

Hi there Football, Great question. The monitor does not have a bulit in battery, It's powered by Type C from your Device, whether it be Your phone or Laptop or even Playstation. This makes it great for on the go light weight portability.

Hi there Anti Social Reaction, Thank you for your question. You could plug in a Type - C dock with Usb Ports on it, Plug it in to one of the type C ports on your monitor and plug your other devices into the dock.

I would recommend getting yourself the following item, Im unsure where you are in the world but you can purchase this at our store or amazon. The Item I would recommend is the Multi-functional 8-in-1 USB-C Adapter Hub Docking Station or something similar. @@anti-socialreaction

My arzopa monitor doesnt get signal from my Steam deck and goes to power save mode. Cables are ok but still no conecting
I would recommend contacting arzopa them selves and finding out if the Version you have support the new tech steam deck. Some versions are supportive of the newest technology.

Hello there Nicole, We are sorry you are experiencing this, Are you using a lighting cable to type c? It should just be a plug and play , But we do know you need a lightning cable for iphones so its able to display an image.
I feel like the laptop has to be plugged in too!!!
Hi there @@commandcounseling4676 We would reccommend having the laptop plugged in so you dont drain the power too quick. But if you use it depending on the laptop and how well the battery life is , You could possibly use it for an hour with out it plugged in. But this is all dependant on the laptop and the power it has.

Hi there, This specific model in the video is not touch screen, But we do sell the touch version of the arzopa screen. We also have a Gaming Monitor as well from arzopa portable monitor.

Excellent question Ruliss, You could get yourself a 8in1 usb c hub and use the extra ports on there while have a free mini HDMI port as well as now an extra HDMI port on the USB C HUB

@@designatekeverything else is fine. You have thin bezels, a good screen, but you just had to put a big symbol in front of it, ruining the simplistic and Minimalistic look.
