Eagle Claw Kung Fu Basic Heavy Bag Techniques, The 7 Chop Combination

Hi Everyone, I put this video together for my beginner students in my on-demand program to help them practice hitting things and put together palm striking combinations on the heavy bag. I learned this years ago as a basic striking combination and I've found its a good tool for practicing quick block to strike movements and developing flow.
