The run options works for me a couple of weeks ago when my letter "n" suddenly stopped working. Then after my laptop updated its window again, the whole keyboard is not working. Looking for other steps from here to make it work again

Press hard "on" the trackpad or "close to" the trackpad, while pressing on the number or letter. This should help for a while. It is still not a final solution. I can't bring my Acer Nitro 5 back because of COVID-19 Corona! It`s not the first time I had problems with Acer. So there you have it.
I have tried every one of these steps and others from different videos and they are all not working. This issue started after allowing someone else to access my laptop using anyview to assist me earlier 😭💔

Disabling cortona is working for me! Acer aspire 5..... LOTS OF LOVE

Same issue for me too. Solution 2 works for me for few minutes. I think Cortana is the culprit here. Cortona comes back and issue starts again.
