Great work... i did someones bmw x1 for them the other day. not been washed in over 2 years. No matter how i treated the car in decon, the body work felt like really rough sandpaper. No amount of product removed what was on the paint. It was awful.
Great job Harper - I’m an enthusiast detailer about to take the leap into polishing my vehicle (2013 Infiniti G37 x in lapis blue). I’ve purchased the Rupes LHR 15 lll and a Lake Country HDO polishing pad.
Thanks Jeffrey. What polish have you gone for? I haven’t worked on an Inifinity, but with them being Japanese I would go for Sonax Perfect Finish if doing a one stage, or either Koch Chemie or Menzerna products if doing a 2 stage 👍🏼
Brilliant 👏 Another great video too Would love you to sort out my new skoda enyaq from new I see swirl marks on it lol 😆 but I'm to far away All the best to you
From what I remember do you quote your customers before giving a price to them? If so, do you say to them it will take this amount of time but what if you go over the time you gave them. How do you approach them to not annoy them?
Great results again Nick...... I only know too well how much body work is on the landcrusiers..... Especially the Lc200 big brother.... Still... Beautiful... Question... Is it OK to use the Tardis on a work van with graphics....?.... Thanks Nick
Thanks Rikki 👍🏼 I really like it. Very similar to Bilt Auto Foam. Slightly more economical and slightly thicker (which I don’t like) Overall good product though!
@@HarpersCarDetailing I always rinse it just in case, I’ve seen so many videos of people taking so many precautions yet still putting a dirty pressure washer nozzle into the wash bucket lol
Great video as usual, but can I make a suggestion ? I've noticed that in your videos, the volume of your voice (especially the "off" voice) is way too low compare to the sound of the environment. So I turn up the volume max to hear what you say, and then suddenly the machine polish goes off : I jump and almost fall out of my chair :D Thanks ! :)
Thanks for the feedback Gregory 👍🏼 Annoyingly I don’t have an equaliser, so I have to do it by ear and I was in a bit of a rush to get this video on 👍🏼
In all honesty it’s because it was close to hand, and in all fairness it is a great degreaser as well. Greenstar or wheel cleaner would have worked as well 👍🏼
Hey Harper Why do u specifically agitate the bottom window trim w your brush n lubricant? Curious I am I know u detail the crevices w your brush n lube! But very curious why u show the window rubber getting done specifically. Thx u
Bilt hamber korrsol is not a wheel cleaner it is designed to decontaminate bodywork so is less aggressive use bilt hamber wheel cleaner for alloy wheels for a more aggressiveness
Korrosol isn’t designed just for bodywork, it’s used on all surfaces. It’s literally designed to dissolve brake dust. The actual iron remover side of it isn’t less aggressive, it’s the exact same. Auto wheels has a wheel cleaning additive so if anything it’s diluting the Iron removing abilities. It’s also a lot more viscous so in my opinion doesn’t spray onto the wheel as well. Is

I'm still confused as to why you're not just replacing the tyres instead of cleaning them, that way you're getting rid of the old tyre shine. We've got to keep Rick's legacy alive.
@@HarpersCarDetailing was trying to parody that bloke that always asks why you're not using a degreaser on the tyre on most videos. Maybe that was funnier in my head 😭😂
This is how detailing should be. No nonsens, but knowledge and well used tools and chemicals. Great work and superb result 👍
I was looking for detailing channels that doesn't use background music, and yes i found yours. Thank you !
Good to hear!!
Don’t look at the first few of my videos then 😉
Stunning transformation!
Amazing results with such a quick turnaround. Absolutely brilliant!
Fantastic job
Amazing job Sir
Brilliant job, bet you had a good sleep after that one. Dressing the bloody tyres probably took an hour 😁
Wow! Looking good especially for such a quick job!

What’s your thoughts on the GT snow foam
VS AutoFoam
Great upload yet again, how you finding the Shinemate DA's?

Hi nick. Do you prefer garage therapy over auto foam now
Yes finally someone else who rinses the pressure washer wand before dunking it in the wash bucket 👌🏻
Especially here as it was covered in mud from the wheel arches!👊🏼

I agree!
Even if you put the gun and lance on the ground, which most people will, then it’s bound to happen
Very popular model in Australia was this the V8 version?
What do you think of the shinemate DA’s Nick? They look like great value!
