in the game there are no classes. you can choose any weapon that you want to play with. atm there is greatsword, sword with shield, double dagger, crossbow, longbow, staff and wand.
Finally a gameplay video without someone babbling the whole time. The game looks really nice a like the combat. I hope it wont be heavily P2W in the west. You got my sub.
please redo the video when u reach lv 50, ppl will come and say that combat is very cringe when you didn't even upgrade all your skills, you might consider also going for bis build
@@Tory-JJ nah bro you don't know shit about the game lol. yes there are some weapon combinations that doesn't go so well together, but most of them are very smooth with comboing and it feels very nice. i, myself as a Black Desert Online player, i love this kind of combat with not very complex fights, in BDO you see alot of desync and if you don't use the right skills it might feel clunky. + lag, very much lag
He is level 22 and the mob is 25, could be a reason? Maybe to allow all the skill to go off instead of switching target all the time to show off the skills.
It amazes me how MMO's 25 years later still rocking the stand there and cast while making the occasional move when something is under your feet. If you like this combat you have no imagination.
I've played Black desert online for thousands of hours and still wouldn't complain about the combat in throne and liberty. Throne and liberty is exactly like FFXIV and WoW. Combat is slow at lower levels then pace increases with gear and levels...

It had auto combat and auto pathing that was removed for launch

The combat was also completly static. Now you can move most of the times when attacking.

I already planned on showing combat at max level too. The grind is long and this video shows what it's like for the first 30 hours.
if combat sucks at level 1 it sucks at level 50.
