Congrats mate , now the hard work begins. Fantastic result 🥳🥳🍻🍻
Brought back some lovely memories of when I used to race them back in the seventies with my late father. Great sport and nice to see people are still coming in to it. Wish you the greatest success for the rest of the season, hope you have more return over the next day or so. Looking forward to the next race, and well done on your great results.
Hi, well done ,great result for your 1st race, brilliant in fact, raced successfully for 30 years with my late father, you will only get out of the birds what you put in , you took me back to the early 70s when I started and great memories, keep up the good work and, good luck

What a result ,was going to say onwards and upwards but you can't do much better than that, can't wait to see how the rest of the season goes for you, well done
Yeah I didn't expect it but they're good birds and the conditions were just right.
Well done mate 2&3 club / fed is great for your first race and with few spins most ybirds do that first couple races till they settle down I be honest I'm not suprised you done well because you look like youv got your head in the game look forward to watchin your vids and upcoming races keep it up Danny liverpool 👍👍
Thanks Danny
Well done 👍
Thanks
@How to train youre pigeon.
Super congratulations on the performance of you're young birds in you're and there first race 🕊️🕊️😁😁😅😅. Scary that you where second and third club and fed and you lost just over a minute 😱😱, I did say that please God that they trapped fast and no laps of honour but that's young birds 4 you, they won't always do it, but deffo in future have the droppers BOTH READY, and I don't no if you're aware of clipping there primary flights ??!, It just means they will just about make it 2 the landing board depending how much you cut off, and feed them Thursday and not again till they do there job on race day, it's all timing, when there coming over you're house toss the dropper and they will drop, needs practice on training days, u have said u have been off biking, has you're dad looked after them and trained them until you got back 2 keep them go going, and 2 get them back 2 where you had them last Friday morning in top shape???
They kept them alive and a bit of loft flying. I'm not expecting much of a performance this weekend but got all week to bring them back up yo scratch.
Ahh sad to hear that, I was hoping you're dad was keeping them going on the road and under strict orders food and what was needed in the drinker. What was you're returns in the end??, 17 yards is 2 close after loosing just over a minute 😔😔, what do you think about my suggestions with the droppers regards cutting there flights and getting you're timing right with tossing them??. Have a look at HANS AND EVERT JAN EJiHERCAMP, THEY USE DROPPERS AND HAVE RECENTLY HAD THERE first 2 young bird races and you will see how they use there droppers 2 good effect
Great videos!
Thanks
Great result for your first race , I think I was more nervous than you 🤣keep the videos coming mate 👍
Thanks. Yeah if I knew I was in with a shout of winning I'd have been nervous. But I thought we would be a way off so a nice surprise.
When you are a bit less nervous they will get in better... relax...
Well done mate how much did you lose it by
17 yards
Well done did the minute cost you first ?
Possibly. I think if it had trapped 20 seconds sooner we would have taken it but then the same could be said for the bird that took first place too. I'm happy with the 2nd and 3rd for sure, it will be difficult to repeat.
Well done, did the bad trap lose you the race and how did Charlie do?
What droper are you useing
I don't use one at the moment
what fed are you in
Notts North Road
@@howtotrainyourpigeon are you racing old birds this season
@@deedavidson1406 sure am 👌
@@howtotrainyourpigeon im not to sure if we are in the same fed but good luck
@@howtotrainyourpigeon but my club is E.C.FC
You have gone to so much trouble learning listening and picking up tips and tricks which is great but the one thing I would get rid of is the use of droppers in the long run thay will be moor trouble than thay are worth .especially when it comes to cockbirds thay can be a big distraction .The longer you use them the harder it is to break the habit .It's like the lottery player using the same numbers just in case .And I know this sounds cheap your feeding droppers for nothing .If you and your family see them as pets that's a different story .Having said all that I wish you all the best for the future .
You may well be right but I'm going to have to learn from my mistakes 😁 luckily just got a hen dropper left
CONGRATS 👏 H.2.T.UR.PIGEON’s, Honestly you must be so HAPPY with your results, I can tell you I’m delighted for U& seen all the FAMILY makes it even better, all your up’s&down’s you had with sick youngsters B.O.PRAY, it’s only going to get better plus your doing everything right with the birds, I really hope you give urself a pat on the back GREAT RESULT’s, hopefully all the birds are home, 🇮🇪DUBLIN🇮🇪👍 sorry about the time off my txt,🫣
You've obviously seen lots of the episodes. Yes very pleased with the result. There's still a lot more to do going forward so hopefully it's a sign of things to come.
@@howtotrainyourpigeon Of course there’s alway load to do when trying to get your birds right, but I’m just looking at it from your results yesterday, if you came last the filling would’ve been different, I think it just gives you a little more confidents that your birds will be there every week, while that’s what I’m hoping 🤞for you, what distance do you think the birds can go to, yes I’ve been watching you a few months, plus you have a great teacher there to learn from I’ve seen him in a few videos, I’d say he’s racing pigeon’s along time, is his name Charlie, sorry for waffling on to much,👍🇮🇪DUBLIN🇮🇪
well done
