Normally I'm very calm, but whenever I do lose my temper, I tend to yell /scream hurtful things and about 3 minutes later I start calming down. But those 3 minutes can be terrifying for people because of my yelling and othdr aspects. So this stuck with me in a certain way. Good audio though!
Bro living in a very verbally combative (and sometimes physical) household, talking loudly/yelling has become a bit of a default when I really lose my cool and I feel the need to defend myself. In most situations it can take a lot for me to get there as I’m normally a very chill person. But there are days when i get too overstimulated or overwhelmed and I snap. I have a much shorter fuse when it comes to the people who have made me like this. My sarcastic ass and very sharp tongue can really rip into people and I’m trying to temper it now that I’m not living in that environment anymore.
My younger sister doesn’t talk to me because of my yelling temperament. I’ve tried so hard to fix it, but it’s a gene from my mother. When someone yells at me I got into a state of shock, to the point where I can’t talk.

So he’s roughly playing from around 12-1 to 7-8 for dinner. that’s roughly SEVEN FULL HOURS OF DOWNTIME. Unless I’m calculating or misinterpreting that wrong B R U H you can help with basic house chores and still have plenty of time to do whatever on your PC. i may have anger issues but i never yell at people over stuff like that i only yell in situations that need yelling like protection like if you scare me enough after playing with a knife in the kitchen or something and you scared me i might yell out of fear but thats it i would never yell because of chores your doing work and already doing enough
