In fact this group are siblings and really know how to rock. You cannot go wrong with anything they do. Another group of siblings worth a reaction are The Warning, three young ladies and they also know how to rock, should check them out. The first song I saw was their cover of Metallica Enter Sandman and really blew me away. ❤️🤘🇦🇺

I just caught this as I'm preparing my truck for back on the road. I get a kick out of first time hearing the 5 piece family band for the first time. Abby is the happiest drummer out there and awesome. They all are good. I see that some of the Fangs msg already. You got a good sound on your set up. Kind of cute. Liked your reaction. They have a lot of covers and 2 albums of originals. I just got my Queen of Hearts on vinyl. Ordered the Chain of Thorns to be pressed revamped. I, of course have it all on cd too. Welcome to the world of liliac ! They are a phenomenal family band they do amazing covers but also have phenomenal original s ! Try their cover of holy diver or their original live version of Mars ! Sail away will blow you away ! By the way Abigail is the drummer she’s 21 Sam is 22 Melody vocals 19 Eathan bass 13 and Justin is 12 to be honest anything you listen to you will love ! And you’ve just got another subscriber

Yeah these kids are like Obi-Wan from the original Star Wars...all rock fans are like "Help us Liliac, you're our only hope". Absolutely amazing musicians and they do everything themselves, even down to the editing. Phenomenal.
Fun fact The name LILIAC ( Lily yak) in Romanian means vampire bat, the bands parents are from Romania and their dad lived an hour away from Dracula‘s Castle

As far as Metallica covers, they have done Enter Sandman and most recently Master of Puppets. They have also released a song of their own, called Mystery

Liliac always brings out the kid in us older folk. They make you move and want to sing along with them. So great. Would have been a favorite back in the day. Instead they are a favorite now. How do I request another very young 16 year old great rock artist who can sing any genre she wants with that grit and growl? Need to share her with those who have yet to see her. She's going to be a huge star.

The band was originally called Cristea.
The family name. The three older ones did some stuff(RUclips)
Then Abigail (drummer played accordion some). Later the 5 release a cover of "Wild Thing". Check it out. Melody's chubby little cheeks. Iron Maiden "the Trooper" Justin 10 Keyboards, Ethen 12, Rythm/Bass guitar, Melody 15 lead vocals/Bass guitar, Abigail 17 drummer and Samual lead guitar/backing vocals.
They were about this age when they released "The Trooper"
Not necessarily a metal fan.
But I can see the talent & I really like them. They used to play on the Santimolica pier. I believe they were banned for having to many people watching them. The now live in Georgia.
I like "The Trooper" because Ethen got to do a solo. Please react to more Liliac please.

The lead singer Melody is big follower of Rodney Jame Dio. He (before his passing) and his wife called her Melodio. The ages of the kids are 13 - 22, and started playing on the California piers and now live in Georgia. Both parents are from Transylvania (Romania) and met here is the states. Liliac in Romanian means bat.
Queen of Hearts is the title of their recent album of which all are original songs. Suggest if more is needed in information and songs head to the Liliac web site.
Minor correction to this comment: Ronnie James Dio never knew of Melody, as he passed away when she was about 7 years old. The name "Melodio" was, as I understand it, bestowed upon her by Vinny Appice, who was the drummer for Dio.

It is over now, you have been introduced to the face of the new modern rock. Sam is on his way to being Hendrix, Abby is the happiest drummer in the world, and Melody has the voice that will carry this band to the future of rock and roll. Actually, personal opinion here. Sam is more of an EVH cuz Eddie took Hendrix to a new and different level. He's the new gen to carry on the good works.

Hey Mike and Ginger!!!! This is a 5 piece family band, they have 2 cds of covers and two original albums. They are fully independant and self labeled so theyre not large in the public eye..They have covered Ronnie James Dio, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Jefferson Airplane, The Troggs, Janis Joplin, Joan Jett, Black Sabbath, and also Ozzy Osbourne. Earlier in their career Melody sang and played Bass and the current bassist Ethan was a Rhythm Guitar player... Look a bit farther back to see their Evolution. As to an original Id suggest Chain of Thorns where Mel still plays Bass, then maybe Iron Maidens The Trooper.. as to a metallica cover, they have 2. Enter Sandman early in their career and Master of Puppets. Master was a Liliac fan poll winner for their next cover and was filmed at a metal plant that built Abigails drum riser.. If you really like the drummer (Abigail) you should check out, on Liliac's channel, the drum cover version of their original song "Nothing." Also check out the official video of the same song, which has some excellent (especially considering the minuscule budget) production value.

Can't say her voice is for me, but she sure can rock. I really love Joan Jett, so I'm probably biased on this one. But, I do love women who rock out. Always a great thing to witness. And I love the drummer. That would be me. I prefer the female rock band "The Warning" Not sure if you ever reacted to them. You should if you haven't. They are fabulous

These guys absolutely crush every cover I’ve seen them do. They do Ronnie James Dio holy diver which is a good cover. They also do Janis Joplin the trooper from iron maiden Master of puppets crazy train the trooper from iron maiden at a slew of other covers these kids are unbelievable. They are definitely going places.

Harold, yes they are brothers and sisters. They grew up playing each Sunday on Santa Monica pier in Los Angeles for multiple years, and recently moved to Georgia.

Melody should have sung this originally cuz Joan Jett made it lame! In order to really appreciate this incredible family, listen to some of their originals. This old rocker chick is soooo glad to have this band to listen to my type of rock music.
Cover band! Never understood the fascination of a musician or a band covering someone else's song, especially when the song isn't that much different then the original version. Rather here original songs but if you cover a song make it feel like something completely new and fresh like it is your own song. For example Within Temptation's version of Black Sabbath's Black Sabbath song was done in their symphonic metal style therefore making the song feel like an original song. Samantha Fish turns Black Sabbath's War Pigs song to a more blues sounding song making it feel like it is one of her own. This Liliac version is minimally different from the original Joan Jett version and for myself it is very average.
Liliac started playing at the Santa Monica pier. To get the attention of passersby a song that was familiar to them worked. Once they stopped to listen to covers, liliac would do some of their original work. It makes perfect sense. Pappa Liliac (the father) stated if they could not do a cover right they wouldn't do it.
If you change it to much people complain, if you don't change it people complain. The Master of Puppets cover is a great example. Some like the changes some don't.
Imitation is the best form of flattery. If you change it to much, is it flattery?
Sorry, but honestly to say, Liliac is not even close to Joan's level.
Joans been around since the 70s with the Runaways and Melody is 19 and has a better stage presence this was a tribute to Joan Jett give them a couple of years they will reach or surpass her level. I am a Joan Jett fan went to about 10 of there concerts also this was shot in there basement on there new Georgia home.

I thought this was the worst cover of this track I've ever heard, it seems this group is allowing their 15 minutes of fame to ruin more and more covers and if you loved this cover over THE ORIGINAL you know NOTHING about music! That is a complete insult!!!!! Lost me as a subscriber!!!

I think you don’t know anything about music this band is gotten praise by various artists such as Halestorm, VinnyAppice, Rudy Sarzo, KISS,Loverboy just to name a few. They had the number one selling album on Amazon’s rock charts and also a number one single on Amazon’s rock charts and reach number 29 on iTunes albums chart so obviously it’s more than 15 minutes of fame do you homework
