Same thoughts. Additionally the GX 200 manual page 9 calls for a Drain Plug Sealing Washer replacement. How can one be sure all of the old oil is drained with this method? Apparently End User is suppose to start the motor for proper oil drainage as well. This method doesn't appear accurate based on the manual,
I’m trying to fix one of these for a friend. The pull cord pulls out a short distance and then locks like it is jammed. Removed spark plug but still jammed. Any suggestions to fix?
@@mattseymour8637 honda gx series engines list 5w30-10w30 for ther reccomeneded oil but 10w40 should be fine specaily if you plan to run it hard in high heat. there might be a way to find non detegergen 10w40 but it wont be easy or cheap. you can somtimes find 15w40 non detergent but its not cheap and mostly aimed at pump oil. but the realy reason we used to pretty much have to run sae 30 was the oils of back then if they were multi grade would brake down and sludge up under the high heat that slow or non moving air cooled engines run at. but the oils today have come a long way and dont really have that issue
Dude my neighbor just bought one of these and put soap in the motor oil filler like a idiot and ran it untill it died.....lol hes asking me for help. I flushed out his oil a few times but wont start and feels like there zero compression when pulling the cord. rings are fried im guessing. Any advice? I told him to box it back up and go back to home depot and return it, maybe look for a brain while hes there lol
Hi !! Hellp please : tipe oil for engine ? Tipe oil for pump ? Thanks very much. My engine is Honda Gx390 13hp, gearbox , and pump is COMET FW2 5530. Please hellp.
Best video regarding service on a Pressure Washer. Simple & direct.
Thanks 👍
Very smart guy ,gave lots of information about pump.thank you best video.
Ive noticed that after few uses my pump oil looks quite grey colour in the pump. But washer works great and no leaks! What does this mean?
Can you really expect to get all of the oil out of the engine by tipping the engine? Wouldn’t pulling the drain plug be more thorough?

Dude, this was NOT a tune up but a basic service to the pressure washer....AGAIN ANOTHER mis-leading video.
