    My mum taught me to sprinkle some sugar on the bottom of the tomato before stuffing with the filling. It takes away the acidity from the tomato therefore adding a little sweetness. I enjoyed your presentation. The cheese is an extra addition that I havent heard of.

    It was very well presented and the step through made it look much less daunting than it really is for those who don’t make this often. The potato was cut quite authentically

    Looks amazing! How much extra salt would you put in if you don’t include the cheese?

      Now that's a tough one! I just did some cooking in a friend's kitchen in the US and goodness the saltiness (or lack thereof) of her salt was a challenge! You may have to do a little experimenting.
