Мне всегда было непонятно, зачем делать такой глубокий надрез, прорезая дерму? Ещё и вертикано.... достаточно сделать неглубокий надрез аерхнего слоя под углом , тогда и крови не будет.
This is a VERY sharp, sterile surgical scalpel, and most of these blemishes are closed, so the hair follicles need nicking to open before squeezing, otherwise nothing would come out
I would imagine that there could be residual pimple in it, enough to become infected, although I've wondered if it would break down naturally. I wasn't able to get the sac when I had a cyst. Never had any issues afterwards though.
When removing a cyst, all the doctors I have seen make a huge deal out of removing the sac (not sack) because the cyst can come back. Blackheads don’t have a sac, but whiteheads (according to Josefa Reina) are considered micro cysts. In this video, it’s very apparent that Thuy is getting the whole thing out. Of course, acne treatments require more than one treatment session, actually quite a few sessions. So if the sac on these micro cysts aren’t taken out, they won’t have time to cause a problem, because she will get them in one of the next sessions. I’m not a professional pimple popper, but I’m not making this up, either. 😄
The scalpel is to open the pore for the debris to have an exit hole... Not to jab deep enough to bleed. If you can see the white debris under the skin (or even if it's not white), you only need a shallow cut, you should never be jabbing that deep before you've even tried the pore.... Just asking for infections

If this isn't done ,when pressure is applied to 'pop' them it can cause the hair follicle to burst,pushing the contents of sebum/keratin into the surrounding skin tissue. This will cause inflammation/infection,which can cause scarring,and is the reason that it used to be said that acne shouldn't be squeezed Inflammation is following extraction has nothing to do with the scalpel cut or "not emptying the pore" and nearly everything to do with this this simple fact
Umm, I can only assume that none of you have ever had acne. That's just what happens when you squeeze that crap out. I'm honestly constantly amazed at how careful and controlled they are with those blades. They're literally poking a millimeter or less into the skin. Don't care for the blood? Not the type of entertainment for you.
