So if you do the relentless winger evolution, do you need to use that player in the founders one? First? I thought I saw somewhere that if you do one and not the other, you are stuck.

You can only do 1 evolution per category it seems

I think the objective is gone
You have to go the the club slot then select evolutions
In the Evolutions tab you select which Evolution path you want to do then it will show you the available players which you select. So for Ansu Fati you can use him in Relentless Winger or Welcome to Evolution
