You should check out the video Motonosity did on his R6 headlights. He's found a guy that does headlights himself that can sync with your music and basically turn your headlights into club lights. You can also change the colour of the headlights and they are fully customizable. I just thought they were incredible looking and so amazing for cars and coffee type meetups and they'd look sick on any bike.

Ammar Hafeez I actually have seen those lights and they are very cool BUT you have to unplug your lights and send them out to him which can take a few weeks and then we couldn’t ride the bike or do a bunch of other mods so I felt these were the best for our situation.

So I just did the LED headlights today and you can in fact keep the stock plug intact. There is plenty of space to tuck it inside of the light housing. Loosing the screw that holds the light in just s little bit was the key to making this all work. Thank you for that tip.

Bikes coming along nicely. Was sooo close to pulling the trigger on the exact same bike but i feel like switching from a CBR600rr to a Daytona 675r wasn't a big enough change. I did test ride it though and it's such an amazing bike; that engine ::swoon::
yeah it is a really amazing bike BUT if you're looking for a power upgrade, definitely better to go a little bigger.

Do I correctly understand that each dollar of support is an additional chance of winning. In other words if someone were to commit to $5 per episode and there were ten episodes....they would have 50 chances to win. If a person just wanted to make a one time offering of $20 they would have 20 tickets or chances to win the 675r.

Nice work on the leds! I know you replaced the reflectors on the Duc and so you’re following suit with this bike, but I would say that the 🍊 reflectors help in two ways. One they alert cars to your presence from the side ( the most vulnerable area of the bike) and two the orange tells them that it is the front of the bike. So should you change them? I personally wouldn’t but I know Dado would disagree. Just my two pennies. Funny and informative video as always. ❤️ you guys.

For your next project, you should do a retro Japanese bike and deck it all out People won't see that one coming, try it out, you'll get great numbers across the board Ciao

I don't like the look when one headlight is a low and the other is a highbeam. To me just looks like one of your headlights are out. Great episode good work nice the see the team back.
It does look weird but there is a scientific answer to why some bikes do that when they have two headlight design. It's a safety reason. When you're riding at night, and there's a car in the left turn lane. Sees two light coming at them but they're close together. Most people assume car and that there's plenty of time to turn left and go. The bike being a lot closer now is in a situation to emergency brake, swerve or is just royally fucked. Almost everyone knows a single light is, in most cases, a motorcycle,.
It's all about depth perception.
I hated the look of the one headlight on, but once I learned why it's like that, I'd rather have that for safety. Besides, while I'm on the bike, I don't see the lights. That's the reason those ugly lights on the Street Triple don't bother me one bit.

Hi, I really liked you series of videos. I purchase the same led lights, it is all go except for the back cover doesn’t go in, if you guys manage to get it in it is a shame you didn’t recorded.... sad times
front reflector screws, just swap them out with the upper chain guide/guard. Perfect match. Under front fairing plastic Srew rivets 8 total ARE Crap, the dealer on my fist visit destroyed them, and said nothing. Try Doorman 963-405D Rivets, 8 simple PLASTIC rivets can waste hours, try these and turn it into minutes. Seriously, Fairing break down sped up by a quadrillion hyper light body transfers.
I would ride the Vespa! They were real big when I was a kid... One question about the new headlights - shouldn't the heatsink be out in the airflow? If it is contained in the same small space as the bulb, it won't be able to cool it down...
Phil Buglass there is no way to seal the headlight and keep the heat sink outside of the enclosure so this is how you have to do it.

what led did you use?
I notice you dont seem to rely on torque wrenches. Why is that? Im really paranoid about making sure to torque spec any bolt.

I'm sure you are making shit up to try and look smart lol Calibrate lights? you mean check the hight adjustments have not changed? should all be good to go anyway, they only changed the bulbs.

I actually agree. The good thing is we put in bulbs that are both the same brightness so you can just turn on the high beams and you'll be good to go :)

i heard its actually for safety purposes to only have one light. If a car sees two headlights at night the assume its a car far away when actually its a bike right up on them.

Explain to me how you can break in on the Dyno in only 15miles? I know you can control revs and gearing etc but that still seems very low compared to a 500mile breakin. Piston rings and seals etc, they will be set properly?

I swapped out my son's headlamp bulbs for LED on his car and it had that stupid zig zag wire clip that makes no sense.
Why does Jaret always pull in the clutch when starting the 675R?
some bikes have to have the clutch pulled when starting. The Daytona is one of those bikes :)

It's good as long as you don't damage the bike or burn down the garage. Maybe you could do more advanced mods on some bikes since you got the skills (at least one of you do).
