Bath & Body Works Sweetheart Cherry Review | Valentine's Day 2024 Collection

- Here is my review on the new Bath and Body Works scent for the Valentine's Day collection called Sweetheart Cherry. I only acquired the fine fragrance mist in this scent. Would I get another one? Is it backup worthy? Will I stock up? Is it a repackage? Does it smell good? These are all my opinions on the fragrance.
Just to note, I am someone who loves pretty much every cherry scent that BBW has come out with. I tend to lean towards fruity and gourmand scents. However, I do not really like the following scents: coconut, mint, and lavender. Hence, why I don't really like Sunset Glow since it has a cherry note (yay) but also coocnut (boo).

Cherry isn't a scent I'm crazy about, but the pistachio note has me interested.
The longevity of the body mists have gone way down. They're so light now. I get, it's a body spray but the older scents used to last me through the day. Now, it fades by the time I get to work. I'm excited for the spring releases though. Hopefully we get more variety.
I agree! My older mists, like 2019, don't need to be sprayed as much. I smelled Calypso Clementine in the hand soap form and enjoyed it so I hope to also like the bodycare. It will be great when the weather gets a bit warmer.
Sticking with my beloved Sugared Cherry Crisp. That’s a true cherry scent.
Love it🍒 It's one of the few fragrances I ever got a complete set with a backup mist🙂

Love this scent ❤️black lid would of been nice .I get the pistachio more on dry down.I disagree on the combo being weird.its delish
I'm partial to cherry scents 🍒 Btw I'm still meh about not getting a black lid for my Everlasting Magic since they ran out. Does Sweetheart Cherry last on you? I have to over spray mine to make it last🎻

I miss the bake shop collection from a few years ago
I miss the 2021 Bake Shop collection the most because of Raspberry Jam Donut. The 2020 was nice too! 💕
I’m so disappointed with there not being any gourmands in a while from Bath & Body Works 🤦🏽♀️ I just received Sol De Janeiro Cheirosa 71 Perfume Mist for my birthday & I can’t believe I didn’t know before now how amazing this scent is! Wow! It’s the gourmand I’ve been missing 😊
The selection has been very limited for sure! Cheirosa 71 is awesome! Happy you got a lovely gift🎁 I recently bought a "viral" TJMaxx perfume called Praline & Pistachio that smells like an airy version of it so that will hold me over. Anyways, I'll still be purchasing from BBW but maybe less so that the bakery foodie selection is slim😅

I love cherry scents, so I was super excited for this! I haven't worn it yet, but I like the nutty dry down. I think they're trying to do their version of Lost Cherry with the almond note. This is not as boozy though.
Cherry scents are awesome! That is a great point since cherry fragrances have been popular since the Tom Ford perfume came out. However, I enjoy their other "versions" of known perfumes. Can't wait to hear what you think when you wear it.

It's a nice scent but I wanted something more or at least slightly different. The supposed Pistachio & Toasted Vanilla bodycare that never came out would have been amazing! Or maybe another type of cherry ddssert🍒🍨
@MeetMsMarie exactly! I was hoping for that wonderful pistachio scent and it never arrived. I haven't smelled this new sweetheart cherry yet but was hoping in was a gourmand with alot of pistachio 🥰

I am more of a Inuyasha & Naruto/Boruto fan but have only seen a few episodes of Attack on Titan.
Very disappointed that the pistachio note is not stronger & the scent does fade quickly tbh. Tired of mists that u have to layer in order to enjoy the complete experience, it's not necessary & didn't always used 2 be that way. It is not a foodie gourmand, it's fruity. It is not as well balanced & layered as SCCrisp & u don't have to layer SCC, Dream Bright or SSnowflakes 4 that matter. Getting tired of 2 much hype.
My family couldn't tell I had in on and I sprayed the same amount I always do. Bummer. Agree layering is fun and all but I would ideally like 1 product to give the same effect that I need to use like 3 or 4 to achieve. The fruit and the gourmand notes seem not really blended and almost clash together? I would like it in home fragrance.
