Federalism in Switzerland seems quite impressive with Cantons having many powers & responsibilities. Also the most impressive thing is that Switzerland recognises 4 regional languages as official languages of the country despite German being the mother tongue of an absolute majority of over 60% population, this is in stark contrast to India which recognises only 1 regional language as official for the Union govt despite it being officially recorded as mother tongue of around 40% of the population which in itself is an inflated number for the census recording.
