Excellent! Thanks for this video. What can you tell about the driver side? (Left vent) Process seems different for the left side. Once gain thanks for the video. We hope the weather did not aggravate your cold.

Miguel Morales The only difference on the drivers side is the bottom vent screw in under the headlight switch...it comes off by pulling the knob off with pliers wrapped in a rag to protect the plastic knob,, a screw visible when you pull out the parking brake release (might actually be 2 in there if I remember correctly)

Anyone knows what is the use of the black connector behind the side vent?
    Is there a sensor?

Hi... so i have this question, I have CLK w208 320, the side vent on driver's ( left ) side was broken so i decided to change it, bought a new vent and when i was trying to remove the old one, one of the screws ( the top right one ) accidentally fell down the plastic tube that connects the interior vent to the heater ( i think ). now i'm actually afraid because that one little screw can actually damage the radiator or the heater itself, do you have any idea which interior panel should i remove ( and how ) to find where that screw might be? thanks so much in advance

that screw won't hurt anything at all..if you want to remove it though, you may be able to fish it out with a magnet taped to a coathanger

oh really :) yea i was thinking about removing the vent again and try to fish it out just like you said, but since you're saying that it won't hurt anything at all then.. :) i can sleep better at night now, thanks my man!
