I don't understand why they made stealth rock embed in the ground in the gen 9 and have it be like "pointed stones FLOAT IN THE AIR around your opponent's team!" They floated in the air in gen 8!

You know what is scarier. Adaptability last respects. Btw in ubers which LR can be used, basc used to use a choice band swift swim set paired with kyogre but now a heavy duty boots set using adaptability and agility has become more popular(probably because the most popular pokemon in the tier is a sun setter that naturally resists water being koraidon) and I personally love it. Massive damage and if you get an opportunity to set up, and it is very difficult for your opponent to counter attack without a choice scarf gen 9 box art. This mon can have a 200 bp normal stab equivalent(or 300 bp overall) with only 2 deaths though I'd recommend at least one more due to the low attack stat of basc and the fact that chances are you are damaged because of the need to set up and therefore if you leave an enemy with hp then the sweep can end.
