The cookie with the coffee shake is called biscotti you normally have them with coffee to dip in the coffee to soak up the flavor of the coffee. They are normally a hard cookie and get soft when dipped in coffee.

Going in the late summer and we’ll be eating at Toothsome for the very first time. SUPER excited. BTW, sour cream is a typical ingredient in cheesecake, so when I heard sour cream ice cream, I knew it would be good.
Toothsome is awesome! Make sure you get the chocolate bread lol. We definitely realized that, but the sound of sour cream ice cream is just.. daunting 😂
The Espresso shake is my fave!! I LOVE coffee, but can’t really do super sweet/ rich desserts, which is why I love this one! Also, love the little biscotti’s and espresso beans on top! Really loving all these foodie vids, keep em coming! Hope to see y’all at the OI meetup in June!
The biscuits in the espresso milkshake are called biscotti! They're Italian biscuits that are baked twice so they're hard and crunchy and meant to be paired and dipped with coffee, kind of like how English people pair what we call cookies with tea. They also should have elevated the hazelnut milkshake with some ferrero rocher! Would've justified the price tag a bit more

Hey Tyler and Anna, we visited this place for the first time back in December. Both my boys got the Cookie's and Cream with brownies mixed inside the milkshake. Yes, you can mix and match all milkshakes. They loved it! Great video guys!!

Me and my girlfriend ate here the night we flew in as we wanted to go through City Walk. The food was absolutely incredible and the staff were super nice. We didn't try any shakes though as we were full. We gotta grab one next time!!
We got the right side up this past summer. So good! Also not a milkshake but the classic French Chocolate Mousse is SOOO good and such a great portion for the price. After the milkshake split between 2 people I was really full. But chocolate mousse is that dessert that I judge restaurants on if they have it, and so I ordered it to go. I had some with breakfast the next 3 days. Had to finish it by using in place of cream cheese on our last day. Highly recommend their chocolate mousse.

Maybe it's me...but it's a big mistake to put any kind of boba inside a milkshake. For the catch phrase, I'll be resolute ... my guess is she said "SO STINKIN CUTE. Thank you, thank you thank you for posting this! We have reservations coming up in a few weeks and the last time I went with my daughter we didn’t get any milk shakes. However, our plan was to get one this time around and I love red velvet, and I also would’ve been horribly disappointed for it to taste like raspberries. I’m also a little annoyed that the 10 X chocolate has strawberries in it so there’s potential fruit contamination! Maybe I’ll go with the cookies and cream. That is my favorite ice cream.

100% team fudgy and corner brownies! Tyler is speaking facts. Last time we went I had the HHN exclusive shake, "Fortune Teller" I think, it was really tasty but overwhelming and rich for its size. Hey Mr Red Velvet, you ever get the Red Velvet cake slice at Gideon’s? Best I’ve ever had! Whenever I come down i make sure I’m there when it’s in the menu.
Something to note for vegans is that you can get their dairy free vanilla in almost any of the milkshakes, you just have to ask your server. They also have a chocolate soy milk ice cream too! And they now have oat milk whipped cream so many more options for vegans. Also, I wanted to mention that I also LOVE red velvet cake like Tyler, but I always swap out the raspberry syrup for strawberry syrup instead amd it is SO much better!! 🤩 Just because it has a list of ingredients on the menu doesn’t mean you have to get them. At $17 a piece, I will always get the ingredients in them that I love! 😊
Love seeing all the different types of foods at these places but I love seeing the sweets desserts and sweet stuff more cause I have a massive sweet tooth but I'm diabetic so can't have most of the stuff so I watch others have/eat them instead
