Re the tongs: it helps to have deeper substrate. Also, when going down into the substrate, you want to only release enough on the tongs to release from the stem. It took me quite a while to get the technique down. It helps to do the initial planting with only an inch or two of water in the tank.
recently i move a big bunch of christmas moss from a 55 a split it between a 20 and a 29 , yesterday i found a baby cory in each of those tanks . i guess the eggs were in the moss...
My go-to is the fluval plant 3.0. But I also have fluval sky on one rack, shop led lights on another, and some finnex stingrays. the 3.0 is the best hands down though
Oh My gosh, Thank You, you have shown me that what I go through to plant is the same as everyone else. Congratulations on the surprise baby
You are so welcome!
Congrats on the baby pleco! I still have not figured out planting tong technique. I usually get frustrated, give up and just plant by hand. 😆

Hi. Nice video. Those rainbowfish will eat the pleco fry.
Well I’ll have to move those rainbows out then!
@@SCAquatics I have plecos breeding in my bosmani rainbowfish tank and not a single fry survives if I don't remove them.
