Gimpo was feelin' pretty damn good about himself. He aced all them tests and got picked to be part of a group that's gonna meet with the first damn aliens his people have ever come across. It's been ages since they had their first contact, and these discussions have been goin' on forever.
Gimpo's biggest dream is to finally wrap up these negotiations that his ancestors started. As he walked into the room where the meeting was gonna happen, he hit the button on the keypad next to the door to let 'em know he's arrived.
"I remember when we had to knock," an older member of the delegation grumbled. First contact and the initial stages of discussions had been done planet side. This was the first to be done on a Human ship fitted to accommodate their race.
"To think these slow beings took eight ploks to alter a vessel!" the old member continued to grumble.

the slang makes this story awful.

why all the slang - it sort of makes it annoying and "unwatchable"
12 year Olds that never read an actual book think it's cool...
As the story continued, the slang got heavier and heavier until I had to stop reading. Could not finish the story. Down checked.
The story is garbled up to beyond recognition.
Why the slang? From the other versions of this, I don't think this is part of the original story.
Interplanetary diplomats going "Yo" just kills the vibe.
I had to stop after the third "Yo", as if a diplomat is going to talk like that!

Slang and street talk is NOT how a "diplomat" addresses a formal negotiation.
Ridiculous in the extreme...
It's a young AI, still in learning mode.
Is grandma 90 years old or a thousand? Did the dude first come to the planet 100 years ago or 100 months? Not accurate.
Confusing and garbled, the slang and lack of punctuation make it all run together and make it almost impossible to tell who is speaking at the time. This is less than 9 minutes long and I couldnt make it through it. Shame, because the idea was a good one.
Drop the slang and your stories will gather viewers and subscriptions by the dozens, hundreds, and quickly approaching thousands much sooner than you expect‼️ From a peaceful former warrior who studied international disarmament studies‼️ I’m open to reasonable questions and dialogue‼️
Couldn't follow it at all. Slang talk was unnecessary and some kind of difference between speakers would be helpful.
